JENNIE'S POV

FRIDAY

We'll be leaving for the class trip after school and after this week, It's Winter Break and I can't wait!

I'm going to Iceland with My Cousin Jisoo and Nayeon next Wednesday and stay there for 7 days, They've been to Iceland before and they told me about The Northern Lights and how amazing it was.

I wanted to see it but I didn't want to go by myself so I begged them to come with me, thankfully, It didn't take a lot of convincing.

A lot of certain situations have been bothering me eversince Sana entered the picture.

I need this trip to get my mind off of whatever's going on with Tangelo and Her 'Friend'

"Jennie-ya, what's going on? You're so quiet babe" Irene asked

"Huh? Oh, My bad, I'm just in a mood right now"

"Ha! In a mood? You're always in a mood Jendeuki"

"Shut up Chu! Nobody's talking to you!"

"I'm talking to you though"

"Leave me alone! You're so annoying"

My cousin laughed and whispered near my ear
"Is it because Lisa's hanging out with Sana again?"

My blood boiled all of a sudden as soon as she mentioned those two weirdos.

"What do I care who Tangelo hangs out with?!" I asked raising my voice causing our other friends to give me a weird look

"What's wrong? Who are you talking about?" Rosé asked

"Nobody, Let's just drop it"

Rosé gestured that she surrenders by holding her hands up while Tzuyu gave me a knowing look, She's very observant but she didn't say anything.

Irene shrugged and continued to eat her salad while Jisoo gave me a smirk.

"Whatever I don't need to be dealing with this, I'm leaving" I said standing up taking my stuff with me.

"Aww come on Jendeuki, Don't be like that. I was  kidding"

I walked away while ignoring what Jisoo said but not without giving her the middle finger.

Why did she have to bring-up that Oompa Loompa?!

My musings are cut short when I saw Tangelo sitting under a tree by herself, writing on a notebook

Wow.

How convenient is this?

Of course the person that I'm trying to avoid to think about shows up.

Why is she alone though? Did Sana ditch her?

Good! This is my chance!

Should I go there and talk to her?

No, I shouldn't. What am I even going to say to her anyway?

There's nothing to talk about, We're not friends like that.

Why am I entertaining the idea in the first place?

Although I'm arguing wether or not I should talk to Tangelo, I find myself walking towards her direction anyway and before I know it, I'm right in front of her.
