Riddle x siren reader | just keep on singing.

(Y/n) Ashengrotto is a very shy siren to the point she doesn't even talk, but she's Riddle's music tutor, he was surprisingly bad at playing instruments.

Riddle was somewhat captivated by her beauty and the music she makes while playing her two favourite instruments, piano and violin.

He started to notice that she never talked, not even little noises like a grunt. So today was the day that he asked her brother, Azul Ashengrotto, why she didn't talk.

"So your asking me? Why my sister doesn't talk?" Azul asks with a dumbfounded expression. Riddle just nods looking very serious.

"It's because her unique magic is her voice, she's able to attract anyone to her, and bend them at her will whenever she talks or sings." Azul says with a matter of a fact tone while raising one of his fingers and closing his eyes.

"Is there any way to avoid it?" Riddle asks with a curious tone and raising one of his brows.

"Yeah, her soulmate" Azul replies staring at Riddle. Riddles heart aches when he said soulmate, there was no way he could have been her soulmate, for someone else made her smile. Carter Diamond is that someone.

(Y/n) would always stick around Carter Diamond because he had confidence and he would always try to push her towards socialising with other people.

"Oh, do you know who that is??" Riddle asks with curiosity. Azul shook his head.

"Okay... that's all I really wanted, cya" Riddle says standing up then walks off.

"You can come out now" Azul says sipping on his tea, there was a tiny squeak that came from the door frame behind him.

(Y/n) came out from hiding looking flustered. "So you gonna actually communicate with him? I mean like, i see the way you look at him" he says looking at (y/n).

(Y/n) turns red and she just looks flustered in general.

"Don't you have to have to tutor Riddle soon?" Azul asks smirking, (y/n)'s face turned from flustered to horror.

(Y/n) runs out of the dorm in a hurry while Azul just chuckles.

"Awww, how cute is that~?" A feminine voice purrs beside Azul, and Azul just turns into a flustered octopus.

Readers P.O.V

When I made it to my studio, I heard the piano, the piece was Fur Elise, it was sloppy, but none the less soothing.

I walked into the room I forgot about my unique magic for a second and started while he played the piano. I smiled with my eyes closed.

The music stopped, and I stopped humming and remembered my unique magic, I opened my eyes to see Riddle with a red face.

I ran over to him, "c-can you sing? Your voice sound beautiful.." he stutters.

My face heats up in realisation. Riddle was my soulmate? I smiled and started singing a lullaby.

"Yes... please just keep on singing..." Riddle says then falls asleep on the piano.

He mutters one last thing that made me turned at least 50 shades of red and stop singing.

"I love you (y/n)...." I walk over to him with a red face and mumble "I-I love you too R-Riddle..." and then I kiss him on the cheek.

I put my jacket on him and smile softly with a blush.

3rd person P.O.V

"You owe me 10 bucks" Amelia purrs, Azul groans quietly and hands the dragoness 10 bucks.

She giggles and kisses him on his nose, Azul blushes and Amelia walks away with a blush spread across her face.
