This was not happening to me I was not going to be a slave of Lydia, maybe the character did suit her perfectly fine, but I was in for a miserable lifestyle for three months. And not to mention my prince, what is this! I feel like I am being pranked, seriously though, who does this happen to! I was frozen looking at Lydia, oh how I'd love to smack that smile off her face right now. I heard the bell ring for next class, but all I could do is stare into oblivion, until Lexi came and pulled on my shirt.

"You're going to be late for English, come on," Lexi said a little sympathetically

I sighed, but didn't say anything; the day was just getting worse. I felt so many emotions, anger, sadness, and was definitely scared. Lydia was about to make my not so great life even worse, and I still had to deal with Cameron. I made it to my locker and pulled out my books for English.

My favorite subject, how fun! I thought bitterly and sarcastically.

English class was the worst, the teacher hated me, and I mean really hates me. He made a "special test" just for me; it was 20 questions longer and a lot harder. My mom was pissed when she saw my grade; she also didn't believe me that he gave me that crummy test and no one else. I heard the three minute warning bell and headed to class.

Two whole minutes early! A new record! I thought to myself, I was never early this was a new thing.

"Clarissa you're late again! When will you learn?" My teacher said, I looked up at the clock and I was a minute early!

"But sir I'm a minute early! That isn't even right! I know you hate me, but I'm not late!" I spat with fury, I was not getting another detention because of him, especially when I was early!

"Have a seat we will talk about this after class." He said, and then sat down at his desk.

Five minutes later, Lexi slipped into class during silent reading, and our teacher said nothing. I know I had a look of pure hatred and Lexi asked why I looked so mad.

"Because I was late, but I was a minute early." I hissed under my breath, and then the teacher looked at me.

"If you are going to disrespect my rules also Clarissa you should just leave." He said, and pointed at the door.

And that's what I did, I got up and left. I just sat by my locker, and imagined what being like Cinderella was going to be like for three months. Soon I fell into a deep sleep.

RING!!!

I bolted upright slamming my head on something hard, where the heck was I? Then it came back to me, I was kicked out of English. Oh well time for lunch, I was starving! I headed down to lunch, and heard someone call my name. It wasn't Lexi's voice; it was a boy's voice. I looked around and saw Cameron coming towards me, well that's just great. Then the kiss replayed in my mind, and I could feel my stomach doing flips.

When he caught up to me I asked, "What do you want Cameron? My day has already been kind of rough."

"I know; that's why I wanted to see you! I heard you got kicked out of class and I was worried." He looked at me with an expression that showed true concern.

"Cameron, what is up with you! Since when do you care about me?" I was on the verge of tears, and I had no idea why.

No one was supposed to actually care about me, I was independent. I especially was not going to let Cameron care about me! There was no way I was going to let him see me cry.

I saw his eyes darken, his expression changed, "I don't care, because I was just ACTING!" This was the Cameron I knew.

I stormed off and my throat started to tighten, and my eyes started to burn. Who cares, he's just like every other preppy boy here. When I got to lunch I sat by Lexi, I didn't say anything, I just sat there.
