I took a deep breath after Cameroon had put all my books in my locker. He looked down at me, and I smiled at him. I still couldn't tell if he was excited or nervous, but I didn't really care. He owed me a lot more than a harmless prank on Lydia. After all he knows how terrible she is to me, I think everyone does.

"So you have your camera, right?" I asked, I knew he did, but better to double check.

"Yep, my trusty iPhone is always on me, so that means my camera is too." He smiled, and I let out a little laugh.

"We should get headed over to Lydia's locker, I bet the girls are already there. And I don't want us to be the ones holding the plan up, that would suck." I started to walk, and Cameron followed.

We both settled into a comfortable silence as we walked to Lydia's locker. It was the awkward kind of silence, but a comforting type. Almost like we both knew that this was going to be the best day ever, but we didn't need to voice that out.

Cameron soon broke the silence though by asking, "Do you want to have your Disney marathon tonight? It's Friday so we don't have to worry about staying up too late. Also I think my mom is coming over again tonight so I could just come over with her."

I up at him and nodded my head slowly, "Yeah I don't see why not, I have no plans tonight anyways. I never do though, so nothing new there."

I laughed at how lame I had just made myself sound, and soon Cameron had joined in laughing. It felt good to laugh, it had been a long time since I truly laughed. Lydia had pretty much robbed that kind of joy from me with all her work.

"What a loner," Cameron said with a huge smile.

"Loser," I replied back with a a bigger smile.

Cameron put a hurt expression on his face, and put his hand over his heart. I started to laugh even harder at that, because his face was hilarious.

When we finally made it to the locker I was still smiling and laughing, so was Cameron. Lexi looked at us and raised one of her eyebrows, I just shook my head at her. Everyone was there, and our plan was ready to be put into motion. I saw that Shira was holding her the flower bomb and the trap that would launch it. Olivia wasn't at the locker, she was probably putting the lizard in Lydia's food right now. The thought of that made me smile.

"You know how to set this up right?" I asked Shira, to be honest I had no clue how to.

"Yep! It's real easy actually, just give me a second and it'll be ready." Shira smiled at me then turned to set the trap.

Lexi turned to me a looked a little worried, "Do you actually think this is going to work? What if it doesn't, and what if we get caught. We could get in serious trouble."

I sighed, and rolled my eyes. Then replied, "Lex it will be okay. If we're caught I'll just take the blame, it was my idea after all. Plus what will they do? Suspend me, not let me go to prom? Neither is that bad, so quit worrying."

"Done! You can text Olivia now." Shira said excitedly, now she wasn't worried.

I took out my phone and texted Olivia that it was time to put the lizard in the food. After about a minute she texted back.

Olivia: Okay, you might want to hide now. I put the lizard in her food. She's gonna scream in about 3 seconds.

Right then you could hear a scream through the whole school, looks like Lydia found her special friend. We all got the hint we needed to disperse, we were all smiling.

Before I ran down the hall to hide out I reminded Cameron one last time, "Don't forget! Record!"

"Impossible to forget Clary!" He shouted back at me.

Right as I turned into the next hall to not be seen I heard Lydia running. I could hear her breathing from where I was, it was almost like she was hyperventilating. She let out a screech again, she really was grossed out. I peaked my head around the corner and watched as our plan beautifully unfolded.

Lydia was wiping her tongue off with a napkin and looked on the verge of dying. She almost looked like she was about to puke up her lunch. It seemed to go in slow motion from there though.

Lydia went to open her locker, and it was like I could hear the trap start up. The flower bomb flew straight at Lydia's face, and it hit her perfectly in the nose! It was a bullseye, and I had to keep my laughter down, but I was dying. I heard Lydia scream again and she was shouting too, it was priceless.

I looked at her face again, and she looked extremely angry now. I tried to contain my laughter, but it was so hard. I tried to listen to what Lydia was screaming, it was hard though because of my laughter.

What I managed to catch was, "Clary! Or should I say Cinderella? Whatever, I know this is your fault and your going to pay! After all I am the step mother!" Then she started to scream again.

People were gathering around now, and the principle made an appearance. I saw him talking to Lydia, so I only saw it fit that it be my time to run away like Cinderella does.

I saw Cameron about fifteen minutes later, and he showed me the video he got. I couldn't stop laughing throughout the whole video, it was so funny! Our plan had worked out perfectly, and I was so happy.

After I watched the video everyone else looked at it, we were all super proud of ourselves. All of couldn't stop smiling until something bad happened.

"Clary please report to the principles office, thank you," the lady at the deaf reported over the school announcement thing.

I looked at everyone, and they weren't smiling. Neither was I, but I started walked. I was a little shaky, I knew I had been caught, but it was totally worth it.
