After I got ready I went downstairs to eat breakfast and watch Disney Channel. They were playing Girl Meets World, and my little sister, Riley was on the couch.
"What episode are you watching?" I asked curiously, I had seen all of the episodes, but I did like to watch re-runs.
"The one where Maya's mom comes in for career day." Riley replied and looked back at me with a sly grin. The first time I had watched that episode I cried, and still do with the re-runs. "Are you gonna cry Clary, or should I turn it off?"
I glared at my sister and walked away, she just didn't understand how sad it is for a girl to know her father left them on purpose, and her mom also was hardly in her life too. I peeked my head in to see what part the show was at.
Riley: How's it going?
Maya: It's going fine.
Riley: What does your mom think.... She never showed up.
Maya: Just you guys.
Riley: Are you telling me she never showed up?!
Maya: Nope, but of course you guys did.
Tapanga: Hey Maya. Wow you really have some talent, look at that place.
Matthews: I bet it's got great mashed potato's.
Farkel: Hey look at that lady. Why can you only see half of her.....
Luke grabs Farkel too late and Mayas eyes widen.
Farkel: Ohhhh.
My eyes started to well up with tears and I could feel my throat start to tighten up. I couldn't help but cry when Maya looked so hurt and sad. Her mom was hardly in her life and that's why you could only see half of her. I sniffled and my sister looked back at me and laughed.
"You so sensitive, it's just a show Clary."
"Shut up, you just don't understand. Now if you could excuse me, I need to go fix my mascara." I replied, and just then I heard the honk of the bus horn.
Crap! I looked like I had just been broken up with, my sister started laughing hysterically knowing I had to enter the bus with my running mascara. I grabbed my bag and purse and walked out solemnly know this was going to be embarrassing. I walked on the bus and put my head down.
"Another Disney show this morning?" My bus driver asked, and looked down to see my face.
"How did you guess, today it was Girl Meets World." I smiled at her, and took my seat.
I could already hear whispers, and people were staring while typing frantically on their phones. This was definitely going to be an interesting day. My best friend Lexi rushed onto the bus, and sat down and looked at me wide eyed.
"Are you okay? I heard the news on Twitter! You came on the bus crying!" Lexi said frantically, she was staring at me as I was about to start balling in front of her.
I put my hand on her shoulder and replied, "I was watching a Tv show and, it was sad that's all Lex."
I almost started laughing, I was the nobody, but when your'e caught with your make-up smeared on your face you're the talk of the school. It was almost pathetic, they just had to have drama.
"Oh my gosh! Thank the heavens, I was seriously scared! I thought you got dumped or something." Lexi said and looked at me with relief.
"You're so funny! We both know I don't like anyone, and I'm not getting a boyfriend anytime soon." I replied, we both knew I didn't want to be in a relationship, and it wasn't going to happen.
