hansol and i shared the packed lunch hanbin had given me. he was hesitant at first but because he was lazy enough to stood up and buy himself a lunch, he doesnt have a choice but to eat the food in front of us. it was some sushis, vegetables, rice and dried seaweeds. good thing that the packed lunch have two pairs of chopsticks included.

"how about you?" i asked hansol while he's chewing the food inside his mouth, his eyes are fixated with the food in front. "do you have plans looking for some girlfriends? for sure there has a lot of pretty girls in your college."

i was staring at him the whole time. he raised his gaze to meet my eyes, he swallowed the food before he opened his mouth to speak up.

"i dont need girls."

i smiled. "really? does that wasn't include in your goals too?"

his eyebrows knitted while staring at me. "goals?"

i nodded. "goals. like for example, my goals are to be a performer, to achieve my dreams, do well in my chosen path and make my parents proud. having or looking for boyfriends arent included on the list thats why i rejected hanbin's."

now, he was the one who nodded. he looked down again to grabbed some sushi on the lunch box. i did the same since talking too long makes you tired, okay? hansols not really fond of answering a long response. geez.

"you're a career oriented person."

i laughed and shook my head. i signalled him to wait for my answer because im munching the food inside my mouth, after that i swallowed the food and drunk some water.

i shook my head again. "no. i just really want to achieve my dreams first before anything."

"you're amazing."

"im not." i chuckled afterwards before i spoke again. "those are just what my parents told me. and im just doing what they want me to do."

he stared at me with amusement in his eyes. he put down his pair of chopsticks still staring at me like he wanted to know more about myself. those stares he's giving had some more deeper meaning, but i dont want to jump in conclusion since we just confirmed to each other that we both arent looking for someone. specifically.

"do even you like what you're doing?"

i nodded without doubt. "i am."

we exchange smiles before we finished eating. i was the one who packed those back at the paper bag included, the chopsticks are both disposables thats why we dont need to put those back on the paper bag.

after that, we gone silent as i saw him doing his plates again so i dont have a choice but to do mine's. im staring at my notebook with some lyrics in it, i turned upside down my pencil and erase the last one that i wrote. now that my tummy is full enough, for sure i can now think straight and finally wrote lyrics.
