How about if there is a tiny tribe of snow people or snow faeries. One day,a small group of them find a giant frozen in the cold, covered with snow. The tiny people decide to thaw him out. Maybe he could be in a deep cryogenetic sleep, maybe he could be from the future. The giant could wake up, after he has been thawed. The tiny humans see that the man mountain is weak from being asleep so long. He could ask the tiny people to give him food. Maybe the giant could teach them about his culture and them vica versa., maybe he could be allergic to the new planet, it's atmosphere. , and he has to be contained in a huge dome. . The giant maybe, has to adjust to the new culture, he gets tired of being in the dome, he tries to communicate with the tiny people outside the dome. Maybe, he could convince the tiny people to take the dome off. He could tell them that he is a size changer, maybe he could show them, he could grow bigger.
