How about if a tiny female person and a giant are put in seperate rooms side by side, but they don't know about eachother, (not sure why, yet) the tiny girl is scared of giants, the giant wants to communicate with her through a window ( for instance: they trace eachother's hands through on either side of the window) somehow they slowly become friends, he shows her not to be scared of him because of his size. (The walls could be all white and they could be dressed in white)
Or a guy goes to a doctor, complains of pains in his stomach, or feeling dizzy, the doctors think he is nuts so they put him in the asylum by himself. The doctors secretly observe him in a secret room through hidden cameras in his room. The giant grows, he becomes scared that he might get too big and hurt people, he gets lonely and depressed, because nobody will come visit him, one of the female doctors becomes curious about him, but she is skiddish and neverous around him, she slowly comes into his room to study him, while he is awake, but he has to be chained while she comes into the room, but he doesn't mean her any harm. he tries to convince her to help him, to see why he is getting growing pains, or she could come and study him in his room while he is sleeping in nite, one nite he pretends to be asleep and when she comes into his room one nite, he wakes up, because she leaves something in his room accidently that he finds when he wakes up in the daytime (like a clipboard, or white labcoat), he just wants someone to talk to and feels like an outcast because of his size.
