"Dearest uncle, are you alright?" "I'm fine. Why do you ask?" "You are pacing, and mumbling to yourself. I think you've gone mad." I stopped pacing, and looked at Kili,"What of something like yesterday, happens again?" "You did say you couldn't guarantee his life." I ran a hand through my hair,I was still hurting from yesterday, but I could really care less at the moment. My mind was overfilling with thoughts, how is the company going to survive with less provisions now than ever? Were they going to make it to the mountain? How was he going to keep bilbo alive? I sighed,"I know what I said Kili, but now I want to keep him alive." Kili giggled,"why don't you two kiss already?" I laughed,if he only knew. "alright, come on and get your share uncle. The King Under The Mountain needs his strength." Kili walked away, leaving me and my thoughts. I shrugged them off and walked over to the laughing, group of dwarfs. I sat next to bilbo,"good morning." "ah,good morning Thorin." "Ready to walk some more today?" I groaned in annoyance,"no I'm not. I would rather eat a hardy meal, and sleep a few days." "I agree completely." "But,I don't think I'd be able to sleep." "And why is that?" I looked at the halfling, and leaned into his ear,"I couldn't sleep without my burglar." I leaned away, and winked at the blushing hobbit. I began to eat my breakfast of berries once more, today was going to be a long day. The whole day, we walked. No dangers, just walked. I was extremely irritable by the end of the day,and just wanted to sleep. "We set up camp here." I yelled to the group. They began to set up, as I flopped to the ground. "Are you going to eat uncle?" My nephews nudged me,"I think I will skip my dinner. I have had a long, and tiring day." "Of just walking?" I looked up from my place on the ground, and shot my nephews a death glance. They left in a fit of giggles.
