Chapter 31 The sweet Cafe

Third POV:
Y/n head to school with her friend Luffy, he was hugging her behind with a wide smile. "Luffy can you let me go." Y/n chuckle. Luffy shook his head 'no' as response. "Wanna go to the cafe after school? I want you meet a new friend I met yesterday." He ask. "Of course. Sounds great." She agreed. They finally made it to school heading to different class.

Y/n was now in gym class stretching her body to warm it up. She look around but her eyes caught someone who starting at her. She saw a guy that who was taller than everybody else. He had short spikey red hair and wore a scarf that cover his mouth. The guy look away from her, blush appeared his cheeks through his scarf.

Y/n decided to walk towards him, once she close enough she said "Hi! I haven't see you around. Are you new here?" She question. The guy clear his throat "I'm new here yesterday, I'm Katakuri Charlotte. Call me Katakuri." He introduce. "I'm Y/n L/n, call me Y/n" she smile. The coach told the students to panther up in two to play basketball in 2v2. "Wanna panther up?" Katakuri ask  "Sure, sounds cool."  Y/n agreed.

-Timeskip-

Katakuri and Y/n won after playing basketball. They sat on the bench sipping their water bottle, Y/n look over at Katakuri who sip his water with a straw keeping his scarf on. "Can I ask you something if that's okay with you." He grunt in response. "Why are you covering your mouth with that scarf?" Katakuri stop taking his sip looking at her shock. "Sorry if that rude to ask you that stupid question. I'm just wondering that's all."

"...I had to keep it on so people won't see it." He sigh. Y/n place her hands on his cheeks which cause him to blush. "It's okay to show me. I'll handle it. I promise." She smile at him. Katakuri slowly pull down his scarf reveal his sharp teeth and stitches across his cheeks. Y/n was shock  seeing this "People call me eel because of these teeth which people scared of me." Sudden He was embrace of hug "Your not an eel or scary. Your teeth are amazing and cool that you show off. I'm not scare of them, I seen worse what I saw before. These teeth suits you and it make you look cool." Y/n smile with close eyes.

Tears come out from Katakuri eyes "Sorry! Did I make you-!" She was cut off that she was hug back "N-no... I never heard that kind word from so long ago.... people never told me that." He sob. Y/n pat his back to comfort him "There There... wanna go to the cafe after school?"  "...Sounds great..."

-After School-

"Wait So you had tons of sibling and they work at the cafe?" Y/n question. "Yep, we are the Charlottes family who sell sweet treats." Katakuri said. Finally they made it in the cafe "Y/N!!!" Out of nowhere, a young boy launch himself at her. "Luffy, what's up?" She giggle. "Oh you met Katakuri, this is my new friend I've been telling you about." Luffy chuckle. "Wait.....he's your friend?" She tilted her head. "Yep! Oh I always forgot to tell you his name before heading to school."  "You should told me."

They order their sweet treats than sat outside having a conversation. Sudden a voice interrupted them "Big brother!!!" They turn around see two girls ran up to them. "You know them?" Y/n ask  "They're my sisters." The sisters went front of them "Hey big brother. We were looking for you." The purple hair lady said. "Who is this girl?" The little girl with red polka dots said pointing at Y/n. "Guys, this here are my sisters. This here is Brûlée and by her is Flampe." Katakuri introduced them.

"Hello, I'm Y/n and it's a pleasure meeting you both." She smile at them. "Ooo! Big brother I didn't know you had such beautiful lady with you!" Brûlée exclaim. Katakuri almost chocked his doughnut what he heard. "Anyway, mama gave us a phone call earlier. We gotta meet her home for important family meeting." Flampe told. "Tell her I'll be there later." Katakuri told them.They nod and walk away leaving them "Your sisters are quite kind and funny." Y/n giggle.

Luffy head off to go home leaving them both,  they decide to walk together to drop off Y/n place. "It was great hanging out with you." Y/n smile. "Y-Yeah...me too..." He mumble through his scarf. Finally they arrived Y/n house, "See you around." Y/n grab his scarf to lean down her level than kiss him on the cheek.

Katakuri was surprise feeling her soft lip touch him. He crouched back his level touch his cheek where she kiss "Bye Katakuri." She walk inside her house leaving him outside froze in place. After few second, he walk away heading home still touching his cheek. "...Yeah....we'll meet again sometime." He chuckle.
