Chapter 18 Meet Marco

Third POV:
"Luffy is like my idiotic little brother since we we're young back in the past." Ace chuckle talking with Y/N sitting on the bench with her. "Ace come on, he's is your little brother and no he's not idiotic " Y/N said, "He is but maybe abit, Anyway I'm glad you ok from those Arlong gang and I'm glad Luffy save you" Ace pat on her head.

"Ace time to go now" they heard voice front of them, they look up see a guy with blond hair looking like a pineapple wear black business shirt that was sleeves up with blue tie, black jeans and sandals.

"Who this Ace?" Blond guy said "Oh Marco this is my friend Y/N, this is Marco the teacher" Ace answer. Y/N went up to him held out her hand "I'm Y/N L/N and it's nice to meet you" she smile. Marco was enchanted her beauty, he grasped her hand for a firm shake "It's nice meeting you" he smile. "Anyway Ace we gotta go we had to meet Pop to his work place" Marco said.

"Alright" Ace groan heading to Marco car. Marco look at Y/N and gave her a smile "It was nice meeting you Y/N, hope we meet again" he walk up to his car drove off with Ace.

"I know that look Marco" Ace grin looking at his face was beet red on his cheeks. "What you talking about?" "You like her don't you?" He tease. "It was the first time I meet her" Marco pinch his bridge nose "Ask her out like hanging out" he nudged his shoulder, "Plus me and Thatch took turns from her then she let us, why not try ask her".

"....Guess your right.." Marco sigh

-Next Day-

Y/N heading to her locker putting her stuff away since school is done. She open her locker saw a envelope, she thought if was a trick from the girls like last time since Robin told her.

She open it the begin to read the letter.

'Hey Y/N it's Marco and no it's not a trick because Ace told me what happen to you last time. I'm asking if you like to hang out with me, if that's ok with you.'

She put on a smile and feel her phone vibrate in her pocket. She grab her phone out and saw the ID name was Marco.

Marco:
Where you wanna go?

Y/N:
Anywhere you like, I'm not good of ideas to hang out.

Marco:
How about the carnival?

Y/N:
Sounds great

Marco:
Meet you outside

She place her phone back into her pocket heading outside and saw Marco leaning against his car. He saw her giving a smile, she went up to him with a smile.

They went into his car drove off heading to the carnival.

-Minuets later-

Marco park his car, they got out from the car heading to the entrance where they arrived in the carnival.

They look around the game stand and rides, they try some games winning and receive a prize. Y/N got small plushie blue bird that she got it from clawing machine. "Nice job Y/N" Marco smile, she grab his hands and place the plushie bird on his hand. "You.... wanna give it to me?" She nod "Yes because your Ace teacher or friend so I want to give you this" she smile at him. He chuckled placing his hand on her head patting her.

They continue having fun together, they try some rides and playing some games.

-Later at midnight-

Marco and Y/N try one last ride and it's the Ferris wheel. They went up to the Ferris wheel and it's moving around then it stop, they were up seeing the view. The sun was setting down and the sky turn mix color of orange and pink.

"It was great hanging out with you Marco" Y/N said "Yeah, Ace help me to ask you out that you like to hang out with me" he rub his neck. "Really? he help you?" "Yeah... I may get nervous just a bit" he sigh. Y/N place her hand on his shoulder "It's ok to be nervous Marco, some people are nervous and they encouraged their feelings in them to ask people out" hearding this cause Marco blush and smile at her.

He hug her and said "Thanks Y/N, it was beautiful to heard what you said to me" he whisper towards her ear. She hug back "No problem, it was friends are to say some nicest way" she whisper.

They head back to Marco car after having fun in the carnival. Marco drove her home dropping her off. After he stop her house , they come out the car, Y/N went up to him "It was great hanging out with you Marco" she kiss him on his right cheek causing him froze in shock.

She open the door heading back into her house waving at him as goodbye and close the door behind her.

Marco place his hand where Y/N kiss then smile, he head back into his car drove off going home. 'Ace is gonna be jealous when I tell him this' he thought smirk.
