As Nick drove through the neighborhood, I immediately was happy with it. Every house was different. It wasn't full of cookie cutter homes that were just thrown together to make money. They were each designed, and crafted with people and families in mind. There were sidewalks everywhere, and a community park in the center of the neighborhood.

Nick pulled up outside of a beautiful cream colored house with a brown roof, garage doors, and front door. There was some light stone detailing, that gave it just the right amount of detail.

I turned to him and smiled, as I opened my door. His realtor let us in the house to look around and it didn't take long for us to love it. The best part about it, was that the back yard had a pool. Living in Miami, it's a must. It's just too hot here without one.

Nick talked to his realtor and we put in an offer that was almost the asking price, hoping they would accept it.

On the drive back home, I got an email from Celeste saying that i can come back any time, and that I can start as early as next week, with the next class. I was so ready to get back to work, and find a normal life. A life with Nick.

The next morning, we found out that our offer was accepted, and we just had to wait about two weeks to close on the house. Nick immediately got his house on the market. We were able to sell the house Seth and I bought, thankfully without too much issue.

A week later, Nick Accepted an offer on his house, and the closing was for a week after we got the keys to the new house. Giving us time to move without being rushed.

...

We got the keys to the new house yesterday. We spent the whole day cleaning it, and today I found myself once again in a furniture store with Nick while he acted like a kid on the furniture.

"What about this one?" I asked, pointing to a light cream colored couch.

"Not enough pillows." Nick said as he laid across it.

"We can buy more pillows. Do you like the couch?" I asked, shaking my head.

"Yeah. I like the color too, since it will be against the brown wall." He said.

"I like the color too, but I think it's risky getting such a light color. I don't want it to stain." I said looking around.

"We just won't eat in the living room, that's easy." Nick said, shrugging his shoulders.

"It's not just eating though. That means no coffee, or tea... or midnight cookies when you get home late from work..." I said, raising my eyebrow.

Nick pressed his lips together knowing he was busted.

"...and not to mention Austin coming over. He can't go more than five minutes without eating."

"Do they have another color you like?" Nick asked looking through the available colors.
