Tristan's P.O.V

"Great king? Me? What have I ever done to make you or anyone think that I would be a great king? I'm not even a good prince. Ask anyone and they will tell you the same thing. Right?" Leo asks looking at the knights.

"You have flaws yes but I agree with Alex," Levi says.

The others agree as well so he looks at me but I say the same thing. The prophecy aside, there are many reasons why I personally believe that Leo will make a great king. He's kind-hearted, honorable, courageous and he is nothing like his father. Leo is absolutely amazing. It's a shame that he doesn't believe that.

"Alright. Let's say I agree to go back and become king. Any ideas on how to do that without getting killed? Or did you guys forget that Soren is after our heads," Leo says. No one says anything so Leo tells us that it's hopeless.

"I hate to say it but he's right," Alex says.

"Thanks Alex," Leo responds sarcastically.

"Sorry. What are we going to do though? It's not like we can convince anyone we're innocent," Alex says.

Leo opens his mouth to say something but instead shakes his head and mumbles something to himself. Alden asks about what he was going to say but he assures us it's nothing. He then asks us for any ideas. Of course, none of us can think of anything. How do we take back a kingdom that thinks of us as murderers?

"Watching you is painful Leo. Speak your mind. It's obvious you have an idea," Alex says.

Everyone looks at Leo but he just says that it's stupid and would never work. I ask him how we'll ever know if he doesn't tell us.

"We can't just take Camelot back by force. If we do, people may get hurt. The only way to prove that Soren killed our mother is to make him confess but of his own free will. If we try to force a confession the people may not believe it. We should find a place where we can gather a group of people without him noticing. Leon, Levi, Preston, Alden and Caden will gather some people along with some of the other knights. Tell them that the king is announcing something important. Everyone who can needs to be there including the knights. With Tristan's help I will sneak into the castle and trick him into confessing. The hardest part is going to be keeping everyone quiet long enough for him to confess. If anyone makes any noise before that then we'll likely be killed," Leo explains. No one says anything so he says that he told us it was stupid.

"Actually that might just work," Alex says.

"So you do have a brain up there," Leon says jokingly.

"Like Alex said your idea could work but where do we gather the people? It has to be somewhere that they can hear what he has to say but still remain unseen," Alden tells us.

"Get them to the lower courtyard corridor. The one across from those weird long necked statues. I'll lure Soren to the one above that and get him to confess. They should be able to hear everything from there," Leo explains. Wow. He came up with that all on his own. I'm impressed.

"You should use your head more often. You're actually not terrible at it," Levi says. He will definitely make a great king. We decide to eat as we start to go over the plan so that we don't make any mistakes. There's actually quite a bit to prepare. Things like which knights and people to gather, how we'll get inside without being noticed and what time of day to go.

I suggest that we go in at night because it will be easier not to get spotted by anyone. Caden adds that if it were daylight then the king would be more careful of what he says in fear of someone listening. At night however he won't be as guarded. Good point. Alden says that the five of them will gather everyone needed and make sure they keep quiet. People like Deacon who is the keeper of the royal library and Vincent who is both the court physician and a royal advisor.
