Leo's P.O.V

Slowly I make my way through the castle and towards my parents chambers. It takes me about ten minutes to reach it. When I do I notice that there aren't that many guards. That and the few I saw seemed lax on their patrols. When I finally reach my parents chambers I open the door.

What I see makes me sick to my stomach. My father, Soren is pinning down a young boy as he covers his mouth. I know the boy. He's a young servant who just started working on my birthday.

"Get off of him," I say as I draw my sword. My father gets off the boy and looks at me.

"Run," I tell the boy and he does as I say.

"You came back. Why is that?" Soren asks.

"I..." I try to say something but I can't. Instead I sheathe my sword and turn to leave.

"Is that all?" he asks with amusement.

"I need to show you something," I tell him and leave. To my surprise he follows me. I lead him to where I'm supposed to. When I stop I take a deep breath before turning to face him.

"Where is your brother?" he asks me before I can say anything.

"Like you care," I say darkly. He laughs.

"You're right. You were the only one I ever loved. I still love you," he tells me.

"You're sick," I spit out.

"Maybe but I'm King. No one defies me. Come back to Camelot Leonardo. We'll change the story. We can say you were actually taken hostage by that serving boy," he tells me.

I walk to the edge and look down. It takes a minute for my eyes to adjust but when they do I see Alex, Tristan and the others. Alex nods, giving me the go ahead. I turn back towards Soren.

"Why did you kill my mother?" I ask him darkly.

He scoffs and says, "That bitch was going to strip me of my royal status so I stabbed her in the heart." He walks closer to me. A series of gasps grabs his attention before he reaches me. His eyes widen and he looks over the edge.

"You little!" he yells as he looks at me. He draws his sword but before he can do anything I hold my sword to his throat. His eyes narrow. "You wouldn't. You couldn't," he tells me.

"But I should," I say darkly as I push the blade more against his throat. "You deserve to die. You deserve to suffer for what you did. Not just to me but to this kingdom. For so long I've been scared of you. Of what you did to me and what you threatened to do to Alex but not anymore. I'm stronger than you," I add.

A minute passes by when I hear footsteps running towards me. I glance up to see some knights running towards me. Behind them I can see Tristan, Alex, Leon, Preston, Levi and Caden.

"This kingdom will fall without me," Soren warns me. Of course a part of me believes him. Before I can say anything else he is arrested.

"You didn't kill him," Alex points out.

"Not yet," I say as I finalize my decision. "He's to be stripped of his status and executed for killing Queen Elena of Camelot," I say looking over the ledge.

I say it loud enough that everyone can hear me. No one says anything so I follow Alex and Tristan down to the main courtyard. We meet up with the royal advisors.

'We knew it wasn't you who killed the queen', 'We'll tell the people tomorrow and make that murderer confess', or 'We're glad the truth came out' is what they tell my brother and I.
