15 - A Retarded Sea Donkey And a Dolphin Combined.
"What happened?" Josh asks, furrowing his eyebrows in confusion watching me cling onto Evan's arm fro support, I guess he didn't drink anything either, because he seems completely sober.
"I will explain in the car." Evan says and starts to walk towards the front door, with Sam following us close behind.
"Are you going to tell me now?" he asks when we get outside and Evan helps me into the car.
"Long story short, Melissa drank a few cups of the drugged punch and water." Evan states and Josh's eyes widen. "Can you stay here with her so I can get everyone else?"
"Okay." Sam smiles then Evan walks back to the house.
"How do people like parties?" I slur, looking at Josh. "I was starting to think this was an orgy, there was too many couples dry humping."
"Have you ever been to a party?" he asks sitting next to me in the back seat.
"Nope!" I exclaim then frown. "I still don't get what's so fun about them."
"Can I tell you a secret?" he whispers, he is talking to me like I'm five, but I am acting like it since I am pretty much drunk. I nod quickly, eager to hear his secret, "I don't like parties either."
"We are twins!" I exclaim, gasping in excitement at our similar trait then I giggle, why giggle?
I hate giggles, why do people giggle? I could laugh like a retarded sea donkey and a dolphin combined and some old person would ask me why I'm giggling and I would say I'm laughing not giggling.
"We are," he chuckles at my excitement.
"I am going to sleep now." I state and close my eyes.
"Okay, goodnight," he laughs then kisses my forehead, but I'm not sure if it really happened, I could have been hallucinating, right?

"Dad, I'm home." I yell as I walk through the door, it is late, today was my first pep rally as a freshman. It was way better then I expected, considering Jess was the only one I talked to the whole day, we could talk for hours and hours at a time and never get bored or run out of things to talk about.
"Where have you been?" he asks, and unlike he usually is, he isn't stumbling over drunk?
"At the pep rally, I told you yesterday that I would be home late." I shrug and smile at the change of his attitude, I like this better.
"Who were you with?" he asks with his hands still behind his back.
"Jess, she is my only friend." I state frowning slightly, why would he ask who I was with? He knows that Jess is my only friend, maybe he is just playing over protective father.
"Just her?" he asks taking a small step towards me and I take a small step back. "What happened to those other girls you were friends with? What were their names? Elliot, Amber, and Sydney?"
"I'm not friends with them anymore." I sigh, what is this, twenty questions?
"Why not?" he asks, taking a big step towards me then I see it clearly, his eyes are foggy and full of pain. They are a drunken man's eyes. "They were lovely girls."
