05 - Let's God Drink Starbucks and Get Our Weaves Done!
The weekend went by pretty fast, it mostly consisted of me telling Jess about my talk with Evan and drooling over Dave Franco. When I told her she pretty much jumped for joy and told me how proud she was on how I made a new friend, well, started talking to an old one again.
Today is the day I have been dreading all weekend, Valentine’s Day. It's going to be a day full of making out for the couples, and the loners will be watching them wishing that they had a relationship.
I slowly manage to drag myself out of bed to get dress and apply a small amount of mascara, the usual.
Once I'm done getting ready I brush my teeth then grab an apple from the refrigerator. Skipping my pills, again. Then I leave the house for the five minute walk to school.
In the five minutes I usually plan for what's ahead today, like today I have after school detention along with the rest of this week.
Also, Amber and her bitches will be targeting me hard. They will most likely vicious today, but on the bright side Evan might sit with Jess and I today. He told me that he usually wanders around the school by himself during lunch, when he does sit in the cafeteria he sits with his only three friends.
I hope one day he introduces us to them, I would love to meet them. The only thing I am worried about is that they would laugh and me and make fun of me like Amber does. Evan is nice, so they probably are too.
Once I finally get to the school I immediately head towards my locker, I keep my head down hoping that the bitches won't see me. Luckily I make it to my locker unseen, but after I get it open I'm not so lucky.
My locker is slammed shut, nearly crushing my fingers. I swing around and see Amber furiously standing there with her bitches behind her, she is so mad you can practically see the smoke coming out of her ears.
Her nose is swollen and purple, I want to laugh but this would be the worst time. "Nice nose, was it a nose job gone wrong?" I mock.
"This is your fault,” she screeches, pointing her finger at me accusingly which makes this moment about a thousand times funnier.
"It's your fault for provoking me, so stop pointing in the wrong direction." I answer then turn around to open my locker again, which just ends up with Amber pushing me to the ground.
Then before I could get up her and her bitches start kicking me. I try to get up, but the hit to my head and at least six people kicking me.
"Stop!" I screech, causing everyone in the hallway to turn and look and us.
The part that hurts the most isn't the kicks, it's the fact that nobody is helping me. Everyone is just watching me helplessly lay on the ground being beat up, it hurts in ways that they can't see — only a way that I feel and can easily be hidden by a simple curve of the lips.
"What is going on?" A familiar voice yells angrily, but I can't point out who it is, my mind is too foggy.
"N-Nothing, Evan!" Amber exclaims cheerfully, flipping her fake blonde hair and completely forgetting about me.
"Then why is my friend on the ground while you were kicking her?" Evan asks furiously, while helping me to my feet.
"Friend?" Sydney snorts in disbelief then looks around to her other girls, more like pigs. "She has no friends."
