It's been around 6 months since you've seen the Mind Flayer, you and Will are dating now. You were all 14. Each of the boys had grown, in height and their voices were deeper and damn they look good. You, Max and El had grown too, the boys were still taller then you but you were taller. Your hair had grown longer and El's had too. Most importantly your powers had grown, whenever you took control of a mind the white mist would float around your fingers then disappear when you had control. Your eyes hadn't gone bright white since you helped close the gate, reading and entering minds was easier and controlling emotions was the thing you used less. You were really unaware of what the summer would bring, after all.
One summer can change everything.

You were always at the Byers house, after all it was summer. As you ran through your house to your bike you were ready to get Will and go see a movie with your friends. Dustin had been at camp all summer and he came home tomorrow, Eleven still wasn't allowed out but you visited her 3 times a week and would teach her how to read and write and also hang out with her. You adjusted your watch and walked to your back door.
"Hey sweetie!" You heard your dad shout from the living room.
"Yeah?" You replied.
"Don't kiss Will all day and get to your movie on time okay?!" He shouted.
"Dad!" You exclaimed.
"Go have fun!" He replied.
You smirked and ran out to your bike, you climbed and and started riding to Will's.
When you got there Joyce let you in.
"Hey sweetie! You ready?" She asked.
"Yeah I'm ready. Is Will?" You asked.
"He should be, he's in his room." Joyce answered.
"Thanks!" You said walking down the corridor.
As you past Jonathan's room you knocked on it and hid in the bathroom. You heard him open it and sigh then you waited for it to close. When it closed you walked to Will's room, the door was slightly open and you looked in and you couldn't see Will. You opened the door and walked in, suddenly someone pushed you onto Will's bed.
"You didn't see me?" Will said through laughing, he was taller and his voice was deeper.
"Obviously I wasn't looking for your mind then." You said sitting up.
