"Eunsol! You're spacing out again. let's go to the playground" Hari shrieked and raised her hands up.
"She's so childish" Winwin covered his face in embarrassment.
"Do you wanna come?" He extended his hand for me and I accepted it.
~
"Ooh, I want this." Hari pointed at a bracelet childishly.
Instead of coming to the playground. Hari forced us to go to a near-by market where a variety of things were being sold.
Winwin facepalmed himself when Hari tried to do something embarrassing. The worst-case scenario was Hari flirting with a part-time worker at a convenience store. Who does that?
Unfortunately, Hari did.
On our way, Yuta found us and Hari forced him to hang out with us.
So at the end, the four of us visited the market.
"Can I leave. I don't have any business being here." Yuta groaned.
Hari rolled her eyes and pushed me towards Yuta.
"Have fun you two. Let's meet at the playground at six."
Hari grabbed Winwin's arm and they ran away as fast as they can, leaving me with Yuta.
I licked my lips and Yuta stared at me.
"So uhh, do you want to go home? Because I totally understand if you do." I wiggled my eyebrow and he half-shrugged.
"I'm not staying because I want to. I have to go buy something."
I nodded. "So, I just--"
I shut my mouth closed because there was no point of trying to start a conversation. Yuta was wearing his headset.
Yuta kept his hand on his pocket and trailed behind me.
We stopped by a stall that had dolls and kids stuff around. "Do you think Hari's sister will like this?"
I lifted a toy. Yuta turned to observe the object and shook his head.
"I don't know." Yuta said. "Maybe try treating yourself for once."
"Hmm?" I tilted my head.
His eyes widened, stepping an inch away from me.
"What? Did I say something?" He defended.
"You said--"
"Oooh, that store looks nice."
He touched my shoulder and led me to the random store he pointed earlier.
I shrugged Yuta's weird behaviour and looked around the store.
"Are you hungry?" I asked.
Yuta seemed as surpise as I was when he found out that he brought us to a bakery.
"Yes, yes." He cleared his throat. "I uhh- just want some bread."
Antiques crowded the little pastry shop. Although it only has a small space. There was everything from ancient Korea to early China. There were English tea pots and European dolls. At the desk sat a middle-aged man that didn't seem so interested with his job.
I approached the antique cabinet and found a music box.
"Wow," I stared at it in awe.
I can't believe I'm seeing this after eight years.
