Chapter 24

Megan's P.O.V

"Ryan I'm sorry about what happened" I apologized

"Why are you apologizing?" He asked

"I mean you risked your life"

"Yeah but it's not your fault Jackie captured you and wanted to drown you" Ryan said

"Well thank you" I said

"Baby you don't have to thank me. It's just the things I do for you" he smiled

"Saving my life. Usually boyfriends just buy girls stuff. Nope. Mine constantly is saving my life" I smiled and hugged him.

"Ryan get out of here" I said not realizing how rude that might have sounded

"What" he asked kinda hurt

"Just because I have to sit here for a couple days doesn't mean you can't go and have fun. I mean go hang out with Tyler. He probably misses you cause you have been hanging out with me lately" I said

"Ok for a second I thought you meant you were just randomly kicking me out" he laughed "but I wanna be here with you"

"Well go and have fun with Tyler. Please I'm begging you. If you actually like me you would go" he said, but he just sat there next to me on the bed.

"Wow that hurt" I said and looked away

"Obviously I don't like you" Ryan crossed his arms " I love you" he smiled

"Your so stupid" I laughed. "I love you too. But seriously go"

"Fine" he said and left

At like 8 o'clock he came back in my room.

"I'm going home. Goodnight" he hugged me and I hugged back.

"Goodnight" I said and he left.

I laid down and tried to go to sleep but I couldn't cause I slept all day.

I just watched tv and played on my iPad.

It was about 1:15 am when my door opened and I saw Ryan come in and lay next to me.

"What are you doing ?" I asked

"Couldn't sleep" he answered

"Oh so you drove over here instead of going into you mommy's room" I said 'mommy's room' in a kiddy voice

"Be quiet" Ryan rolled his eyes and got comfortable.

"Well I'm glad you came here I couldn't sleep either" I smiled

"Does your mom always leave the gym lights on?" He asked

"What they were on?" I asked

He nodded

"The only time mom works out this early in the morning is when something is wrong" I paused "I'll be back" I got up and went down to moms gym.

"Mom?" I asked

"Yeah" I saw her running on the treadmill.

"Is everything ok? When ever you are in the gym this early something is wrong" I said

"No everything isn't ok" she said and sat down in the couch in the gym.

"You can tell me anything" I said

"You won't tell anyone?" She asked

"Nope" I said

" I - I - I think I'm p- pregnant" mom finally said
