Chapter 4

Destiny's P.O.V

I sat on the front door steps. I head my head in my hands. I wasn't crying . I was just really mad at myself.

I'm going to jail. Cause that won't be counted as self defense cause they weren't hurting me, they were hurting my children but I was the one to 'attempt murder'

Soon the ambulance came which I called and the police followed behind the ambulance, I knew I was going to jail but I didn't expect them to come right now...

They asked what happened and I said I did it .

They arrested me. Before they put me in the car they said I could say bye to my family, I hugged and kissed Justin, Megan hugged me , but Tyler hid behind Luke away from me.

"Bye Tyler " I said

They put me in the car and took me to prison .

The worst feeling in the world is when you have to leave your family , but your child doesn't even wanna say bye, let alone be around you.

I sat in my prison cell, yeah you might be thinking why am I in jail. I'm thinking the same thing.

But in the laws eyes I just attempted murder , and There is probably more they could find out that I did wrong.

It wasn't that bad cause I was in the girls prison, they Separate girls from guys, which is good.

I had my own separate cell, cause I asked for one.

A police officer walked into my cell,

"Your family's here to visit" he said. I followed him to the visiting room.

I sat down in my chair, I had to talk to them on a phone threw glass, meaning I can't touch them for how ever long I'm in here.

"Hey " I said over the phone looking at Justin

"Destiny not being mean but you don't looked good in that green jumpsuit." Justin laughed I did to

By the way the jumpsuits aren't orange they are dark green.

"I miss you guys" I said

"Destiny I'm gonna bail you out" he said

"No it's fine Justin I can stay here for how ever long I'm sentenced which I still don't know yet." I said

"They still haven't told you, I got a letter two days talking about your sentence , destiny your sentence is 10 years, and if one of them actually do die , cause they are both in the hospital, but If one dies your in for life" Justin said

10 year, then to life.

What , I was thinking I would have like a year, this is my first time in jail.

I don't wanna be away for 10 fucking years,

I nodded at Justin,

He sighed of relief .

"I'll get you out as soon as possible , wanna talk to Megan, she came, and so did Luke, Tyler didn't." He said

I talked with Megan and she made me laugh ,

"Hey Luke" I said

"Look at you, in a jump suit, I never thought you would ever be in prison," he laughed

"I don't think anyone did" I said

"Is it ok if I buy a house around here, cause if I go back to Jackie's house she'll kill me, but I don't wanna be around you if you don't wanna be , cause I know you hate me" he said

"No Luke I don't, you saved my kids probably from death, and why haven't you moved out of Jackie's house sooner?" I asked

"She never let me leave, and Selena doesn't wanna leave, she's so stupid " he said

"You got that" i said

I talked with them all a little more and then the hour was gone, they could only visit me for an hour a week but soon I'll be out.

I've been in here 5 days and finally the bail went threw and I was out.

I walked into the house and went right to food , they don't serve good food at the prison, it's like your eating puke or shit as your meals.

Tyler still hid from me.

I can't do this anymore .

Justin got Tyler and sat him on the couch.

I sat next to Tyler. He tried to run but Justin held him from running.

I took Tyler and sat him on my lap.

Justin then left the room.

"Look Tyler I know your almost seven and you understand what Im saying, I would never hurt you" I said

"But you almost killed two people" he said

"That because you didn't see who they were, they were the two people that beat you this whole time, I was really mad at them ok" I tried to explain

"But you went to jail," he said

"Yes I did, but that's because mommy did do wrong, I shouldn't have done that but you gotta understand I love you ok" I said

He nodded slowly.

"I just wanted you to know that, if you want you can still run away from me" I let go and he ran.

"Ughhhh" I said. He then came running back with something in his hand.

"I love you mommy" he said and hugged me and gave me a rose.

"That so sweet" I smiled . Like I said before he's gonna be such a gentlemen .
