I'm back in my place now with milo. I was lying on the sofa with him watching 'bad education' which used to be my favourite show back in the UK.

I was picking mum and Dani up in 2 hours from the airport so I had loads of time on my hands for eating and sleeping. I stood up to walk over to the newly remade kitchen which to be honest looked exactly the same but just looked new. I also thought it smelt new, if that can even happen.

I was walking across the living room towards the kitchen to go get a blueberry muffin I'd bought before I moved out of the boys house. They'd eaten half of them so I had 4 left, I could eat one now.

"JESUS FUCK!" I started yelling at the top of my lungs, apparently swearing when in pain makes it 50% better so I thought I would give it a go. I'd stubbed my big toe on the cabinet underneath and it had already gone bright red, it actually looked like it was breathing because of how fast the blood was pumping to my bruising toe.

I limped the rest of the way to the cupboard and grabbed the muffins, slamming them onto the counter. I walked back over to the sofa where milo was playing with his favourite toy. I ate the muffin and must've fallen asleep because i woke up to my alarm going off that i had set just in case. I got up and grabbed my keys, throwing on a jumper. I walked out the door and jumped into my car.

The whole car journey i was just thinking about all the things that i should do or say. I didnt know why i was so nervous, probably because i hadnt seen my mum and sister in ages.

I pulled into the airport driveway, it was tipping down outside so i grabbed my coat and quickly put it on before running to the airport building.
I shook my coat off and looked up at the planes that had arrived.
