Cath's POV

This time, when I'm woken up in the middle of the night, I know the feeling.

"Levi. Wake up" I say, and nudge his side. He just mumbles and rolls over.

"Levi. It's the twins" at this, he sits up in bed, and his face goes from tired to scared.

"What? What's wrong? What happened?" He starts frantically looking around the room, not able to compose himself.

"I think we have to go to-" I stop short, as I feel a sharp pain go through me. "We have to go to the hospital. I think I'm in labor." When he hears this, Levi's protective mode kicks in.

"Ok. Just take deep breaths. I'm going to call my parents to come stay with Ruby. It shouldn't be too long." He reaches towards the nightstand for his cellphone and calls his parents. There'll be over in about 10 minutes.

I smile to myself thinking that how in less than 24 hours I'll probably have my two new beautiful baby girls with me.

When Levi's parents get here, I go over to the closet to get my already packed hospital bag.

"I wish we could be there" His mom says. "You call us as soon as they're born!"

"We will mom." Levi replies. I feel my face contort with pain as another wave of pain washes over me. Levi notices the look, and rushes over to hold my hand.

"Ok. We should get going now. Thanks mom and dad!" Levi says.

We pull out of the driveway, with hardly any cars around.

"Well the good thing is there's no traffic." I say, making conversation to try and get my mind off of how far the hospital is. A half hour isn't very long, unless you're in labor.
"It literally feels like the babies could pop right out, right here"

"Oh no no no. We do not want that happening." I laugh at the fact that Levi's more worried than I am.

"Don't worry I'll keep them in there" I joke.

3 hours later, the babies still aren't here, but I'm definitely in labor. Now that we're here, I just want them out. My stomach is huge. I didn't know carrying twins was such hard work.

My dad came in a few minutes after we got here, because I called him in the car.
The doctors come back into the room after being out for a little while.

"Alright Cath, it looks like these little girls are ready. Are you ready to start pushing?" Nurse Layla asks.

"Yeah. I think so." I reply, smiling at Levi. He nervously smiles back, and grabs hold of my hand.

After another hour, my two gorgeous girls are here. The three of us, including my dad are in tears. This probably reminds him of when me and Wren were born.
They're both perfectly healthy, and we decide to name them Angelina Lynn, and Ava Elizabeth.
Shortly after we called them, Levi's parents came in, with Ruby. She gets a defensive look in her eyes when she notices mommy's holding two different babies.

"These are your new baby sisters!" Levi brings her over to have a closer look. She just pouts, and drops her head, making us laugh.

"No mumma. Back in." Everyone bursts out laughing.

"Ruby, Angelina and Ava can't go back in" I try explaining. "Just like when you were born." She gets a confused look on her face, so I just hand Ava over to Levi and hold her with my free arm.

"Remember when you kissed mommy's tummy? These are the babies." Levi tells Ruby. She just shakes her head no.

"Well this is going to be fun." I say, smiling to myself a little. I have three kids now, and my oldest is just shy of two.

"We'll survive. I hope." Levi jokes. My family is perfect. Just looking at the sleeping twins, and a curious Ruby, I know that everything is how it should be.
