Chapter Twelve: Depression

It's been a week since Classic found Red and well, life seems to be nice and happy for once. Classic is happy with his new friend Red, he also now know a lot about Red's universe, and to be blunt it sounds horrible. Perfect universe really doesn't exist, as well as monsters. Everyone has their negative side, even the -always smiling as if their life is freakin' perfect and their not dying inside- Sans. Classic already told Undyne and Alphys about Red that came from another universe. Alphys took it very well because Sans and Alphys used to study Alternate Universes but doesn't have a solid proof that they exist and with Red being here is their best proof yet. Undyne first doesn't believe it and was confused but shrug it off knowing nothing about science.

Classic was actually happy even if sometimes Red is an asshole and Papyrus looks happy taking care of the two lazy skeletons and Papyrus actually learned edgy sans' name. But this past few days, Classic's nightmares and depression are getting worse. He sometimes would wake up in his bathroom with a razor on his hand. Where did he get the razor? Well, he 'thought' about cutting for a 'while' now, so he kept one for ya know... just in case. So he would also lock the door now but if he locked the door he would wake up and never fall asleep for the whole night.

"WAKE UP RED! IT IS TIME FOR BREAKFAST!" Papyrus said with his usual loud but friendly tone "Mornin' bo- uh, Papyrus" Red said yawning, he is actually still improving about the whole 'boss' thing and the whole 'everyone is friendly and nice in this universe' thing. "GOOD MORNING TO YOU TOO! SANS IS STILL SLEEPING EVEN THOUGH I WOKE HIM UP FIRST, SO WILL YOU WAKE HIM UP AGAIN RED? THE SPAGHETTI MIGHT BE OVERCOOKED LIKE LAST TIME AND I DON'T WANT THAT TO HAPPEN AGAIN." Papyrus said, remembring what happened yesterday, poor spaghetti. Red nod his head Sure paps.." He said while rubbing his closed eyesocket to try to get rid of the sleepiness. Red's sleeping situation is actually improving, he can now sleep for about 3 hours at night rather than 30 minuets! Yay! Red walked upstairs too lazy to use his shortcut cuz he just woke up but while he was heading to Classic's room he felt a wave of something.. like something is wrong. He shrug it off and knock on the door just in case he is awake '.....' nope. He opened the door revealing Sans sitting on his bed and starring at his window. His eyesockets are black like the void, he looks lost. This worry Red a little "Classic?" Classic jumped, like he didn't noticed Red is here. "Oh, heya Red" Classic said like nothings wrong "You good?" Classic put on his usual smile "aww, Red I know ya loove me so much but ya don't have to worry 'bout me~" Classic said in a teasing manner, Red started blushing, why? He doesn't know either. "N-No I wasnt! Shut up!" Classic chuckled, he just loove teasing Red, he just really like seeing his reaction. A word came to Classic's mind.

'Crush'

He started panicking on his head. 'C-Crush?! Nahh! Im a boy, he's a boy! Were both boys! What the heck brain?!' Classic didn't noticed that Red was calling his name until Red shook Classic a little.
"..la..cla..ssic.. CLASSIC!!"
"Uhh, what was that?" Classic responed "I said your brother already wake ya up but ya went back to sleep again. He's probably-"
"SAAANNSS!! BROTHERS!! TIME FOR BREAKFAST!!" Papyrus shouted making the two shorter skeletons flinch "I think Im deaf.." Red mumbled "M-Me too.." They learned their lesson, and that is to never make Papyrus wait for too long. They head downstairs to see Papyrus sitting, waiting for them, with a table with three plates of spaghetti. They ate breakfast the usual way, chatting like usual, but the feeling in Red when he saw Classic starring into nothing still made him a little worried. After breakfast they went to Classic's station and Papyrus went to his puzzles and after that to undyne. Classic used a shortcut to his station and sit down. Red sat down next to him. Classic then starts to fall asleep a little, he was just so sleepy today. Red noticed this and tap his shoulders "hmm?" Classic was too lazy to even answer "Ya good Classic? Ya look sleepier than usual.." Red asked trying not to sound too worried. "Mm-hm.." Classic only hummed in response 'yeah, something's wrong' Red thought. " 'Aight then.." But for now he'll just let it slide. Classic looks really sleepy right now, he'll talk later.
"Hey Red.."
"Yeah?"
"Can I lean on ya..?"
"Uhh suree.."
Classic leans his head on Red's shoulder, Red's face starts to heat up a little. After a while, Red hears soft snores from Classic making him smile. He also leaned on him a little and start to took a small nap. "BROTH-" Papyrus cut himself off seeing the two skeleton sleeping peacefully, he was just about to warn him about sleeping on his job but.. Papyrus sigh and leave them alone. 'MAYBE I'LL WAKE HIM UP NEXT TIME..' Papyrus thought.
