Chapter Twenty Six: Hellow!

Edge glarred at her, eyelights full of anger, does she think that this situation is a laughing matter?! "LIAR.." Alphys shook her head "Im not Papyrus.. I am telling you the truth.." Edge's eyelight shrunk "LIAR!!" He shouted in anger
"I SAW HIM FALL! I SAW HIM DIED!"
"But you didnt saw where he landed" Alphys said while adjusting her huge and round glasses, a lollipop on her mouth, she looks strangely calm about this. Edge was staying silent. "I have a camera almost everywhere.. I saw how he fall, I saw where he would land, he would land in a pile of dust along with the other monsters who died there but, he never landed. No black jacket, no new dust, no nothing" Edge looks at her with a puzzled look "SHUT UP! TH-THAT CANT BE TRUE! YOUR LYING!!" "Follow me, I'll show you"

When they arrived at the lab, Undyne immidietly lays down on the chair, exhausted. She just finished training with Edge and they walk for like 30 minuets and she still needs to heal "We need to heal you first Undyne" Alphys said while grabbing a first aid kit, Undyne waved her hand as a sign that she doesnt need it "I can do it myself just, go find him.." Undyne is just training Edge to be stronger but even so, he cant help but to worry about him. She knows that showing love is a weakness, whatever the h3ll does 'showing love' even means, all she knows is that she cant be all soft and caring to anyone, its like a rule and she is a captain. Not just any captain. She is the captain of the royal guard.

Alphys nods her head and leaves the first aid kit beside her. She went to her computer and searched that camera where she saw them on the left screen, and the camera where Red would land on the right screen. Once she finds it she rewinds that video to where Edge and Red are standing on the cliff. She fast forward to where Red fell and played the video on the right screen where Red would land. Edge was painfully looking at the left screen, Undyne watching behind them, Red slowly fades away into the darkness. Edge then looked at the right screen waiting for his body to fall and turned into dust but it never came, the dust just moves, and there was just a flash of light. Like Alphys said, no black jacket, no new dust, no nothing. Edge starred at the screen in disbelief "WH-WHERE IS HE?!"
"..."
"NO! MAYBE THE CAMERA GLITCHED OUT!"
"It didnt, and not once did my cameras glitch out"
"..."
"Now, I have a theory that I, can or maybe not, find your brother again" Edge looks down, he looks so uninterested. Alphys just sighed "Look, I know your depressed that hes gone but, there is a chance to see him again.. just trust me." Alphys said in a softer tone. Edge thought about it, he would do anything to bring his brother back, to see him again but hes scared to have hope. Scared that, that hope would just shatter. Edge let out a sigh, he wants to though, he wants to see his brother again so he agreed "...SURE.." Alphys jumped in excitement and clapped her hands.

"Great! Now the thoery, I already studied 'Alternate Universes' before and I proved it that they, indeed exist. I have proofs, one that we dont have the time to stare at. Anyway, I started making an Alternate Universes Machine but gave up on it because it was too difficult for me to do it alone. We just need to add some things there to make it work then you could see if Red somehow ended up in another Alternate Universe or AU in short."
"Alternate Universes..?" Undyne asked outloud "Oh! Basically, its like a different you from different worlds" Undyne nods her head "uh, sure.." Alphys smilled at this, secretly screeming in her head about how clueless and cute Undyne looks right now.
"So, we just need to finish the machine and figure out where Red would be-" Edge cuts off Alphys when a question entered his mind.
"WAIT, HOW DO YOU KNOW THAT HE SOMEHOW FELL INTO A DIFFERENT DIMENTION?"
"The flash of light, it just lasted for almost a split second and it came out of nowhere and the dust were moving like its been blowed by the wind butthatplaceshouldnthavesuchstrongwindsanditsnotlikeitcancomeoutofnowhere-" she cut herself off noticing that shes talking so fast again. She clears her trouth before saying "Evidence Papyrus. Evidence"

"..SO WE MADE THE MACHINE AND I'VE BEEN GOING TO OTHER UNIVERSES AND IT TOOK ME A LONG TIME TO EVENTUALLY LANDING ON 'UNDERTALE' " Edge was finished telling how he got here, the two skeletons listening carefully. "Heh, didnt knew you were trying ta find me boss.. thought yer probably dancing on my own grave, haha!" Red laugh it off like it was not a big deal. Suddenly the door opened, after taking a whole chapter and a half long of talking, Papyrus was now knocking on the front door "SANS! ITS ME! COUOD YOU PLEASE OPEN THE DOOR? IM HOLDING TOO MANY THINGS..!" Classic stood up and opened the door "heya Paps" Classic smiled "HELLOW SANS! HELLOW RED! AND HELLOW... ME?" Papyrus gave the groceries to Classic and went near Edge. Classic closed the door and sits down on the green couch to take out a ketchup from the paper bag and took a sip. "IS THIS ME? BUT IN RED'S WORLD?" Papyrus said while closely examining Edge making Edge blush from the lack of personal space.

"HELLOW! I AM THE GREAT PAPYRUS! WHAT SHOULD I CALL YOU?"

"I AM THE TERRIBLE PAPYRUS! BUT YOU CAN CALL ME EDGE.."

"OOHH! NICE TO MEET YOU EDGE!"

"NICE.. TO... MEET YOU TOO?" Edge was still very new to being nice, the two tall skeletons shake hands, Papyrus smilling friendly at him. 'It appears that everyone in this AU is kind to each other..' Edge thought "ARE YOU HUNGRY? I CAN COOK MY FAMOUS SPAGHETTI IF YOU WANT!" Papyrus offered, Edge nods his head and tries to smile back "OKAY THEN! HAVE YOU TWO LAZY SKELETONS ALREADY ATE?" Papyrus asks facing the two skeletons on the couch, drinking condiments "yep.." "no need to worry 'bout us Paps" Red and Classic replied, Papyrus nod his head and head to the kitchen "Welp, ya should probably stay for a while, its already gettin' late.." Classic said, looking at Edge
"OKAY BUT, WHERE DO I SLEEP?"
"On the couch.." Classic replied
"WHERE WOULD RED SLEEP?"
"With me like always.." Edge starred at Classic with wide eyesockets. Classic's face has a light blue blush on his face, realizing what he said.
"A..ARE YOU TWO-"
"Nope! N-Not what your thinking!" Edge looked at Red, Red was looking away but you could still see that he was blushing but laughing as well.
"SO, YOU ARE SAYING THAT YOU TWO ARE NOT DATING?" Classic's face went even more blue. "Oh crap.. thought ya ment the other thing.." he said while looking away making Red laugh "what other thing~?" Red said in a teasing tone making Classic blush even more "n-not important.."
"tell us Classy~ Or Is it something perverted~?"
"I-Im gonna help Papyrus!" Classic stands up and rushed to the kitchen. Edge looked at Red.
"SO, MY BROTHER IS IN LOVE WITH HIS SELF HUH? NEVER THOUGHT YOU WOULD BE GAY"
"Yup-wait.. I-I am not!" Red has a tint of red on his cheekbones.
"AW COME ON. NO NEED TO DENY IT BROTHER!" Red shook his head "we just sleep together, thats normal..err right?" Red said, his hand behind his head.

'After all, why would a perfect guy like him be datin' a guy like me..? I dont deserve him..'
