Chapter Thirty One: let them..

Its been a month since Red went back to his universe. Both skeletons felt even more lonely as the days passes by. It made Classic worry about Red, why was he taking so long to come back? Did something happened? Did his nightmares became real? Did the human there commited genocide?! Classic thought that living without him is pointless, Red means a lot to him and every single day without him makes life difficult and very very boring. Classic shook his head to push the thoughts away. Red promised that he will come back and Classic will patiently wait. Yeah, just be patient and wait, Maybe Classic was just over thinking again, maybe Red was just trying to find a way to get back here, maybe the machine wasnt at its best right now and their Alphys is trying to fix it or somethin. Yeah, Red would never forget about him right? Red would never leave him..r-right? Yeah..he wouldnt do that to a friend. Classic just have to wait. Red would be back. He has to. Anyway, back in Underfell..

"SANS!! WHERE THE H3LL ARE YOU??!!" Edge shouted on top of his lungs as he runs around the house, trying to find his lazy brother. It was already dark outside, as the fake stars starts to appear. Edge checked his room but he wasnt there. Edge checked his station but he wasnt there either. Edge even went to chillby's but he wasnt there! Edge grew worried so he ran as fast as he could to go to Alphys and ask if she saw Red anywhere. Edge reached Alphys lab, he knocked on the door loudly "DOCTOR ALPHYS! ARE YOU IN HERE?!" Edge herd something muffled so he waited for someone to open the door and when it did he saw Alphys on her pj's, yawning.  "So, you finally arrived huh.." Edge made a confused face before asking "HAVE YOU SEEN SANS?"  "Yes actually, he was here to ask if he can use the machine, again.." Alphys said while giving Red, who is on the chair, a glare. Alphys let Edge inside and closed the door "SANS!YOU KNOW YOU SHOULD HAVE TOLD ME THAT YOU ARE GOING TO ALPHYS! I HAD TO RUN AROUND LIKE A FCKING MANIAC LOOKING FOR HIS LAZY @$$ BROTHER!!" Edge shouted but its obvious that there is worry hidden in it. Red looked away "sorry boss..its just.. its been a month and the stupid machine still cant find the right universe ta go to!" Red crossed his arms and continues to grumble making Edge and Alphys sigh "LOOK, I KNOW HOW MUCH YOU WANT TO GO BACK AND SEE HIM AGAIN BUT YOU HAVE TO BE PATIENT!" Edge said while smacking Reds head, not the usual smack where he could crack his head open tho, just a normal smack, kinda hurts but not much. "Science takes time you know, Its not like you could just teleport there anyway! You knew we tried but it didnt worked! Also, Machines are not magic! Machines has specifict things to change  and fix and its not stupid!" "yeah, yeah.." Alphys said with a an angry pout as she continues to scold Red, who is just looking on the floor with his arms crossed, feeling like a kid being scolded by his parents. After the scold Edge dragged Red by his hood to go home "I APOLOGIZE FOR MY BROTHERS BEHAVIOR DOCTOR ALPHYS" Edge said but Alphys just nods her head saying that its fine and she is used to Reds impatientness by now "Oh! And I will remind you if something came up so you wouldnt have to come here everyday, not that you wouldnt again tho, your very stubborn" Alphys said, chuckling a little and waving goodbye. The door closes behind them "STAND UP AND WALK SANS, YOUR NOT A BRAT! USE YOUR OWN FEET!" Edge let go of Red making Red fall down, he stood up after and both of them starts to walk back home with only silence between them. When they arrived home Edge went to his bedroom because both of them already ate "I AM GOING TO SLEEP, AND YOU SHOULD TOO SANS!" The door slamed shut leaving Red all alone. Red let out a sigh and started heading upstairs to his room. He miss Classic, so, very much. Everyday he would think if Classic miss him like he did, was Red being annoying to everyone? Probably. Was he being impatient like Alphys said? Eh, probably. But he doesnt care, he really just wanna be with Classic again. Red layed down on his bed and starred at the ceiling, his eyesockets started to feel heavy every second that pass by. Soon, he let darkness consume him with Classic in his thoughts, he knows that he cant really do anything and he just needs to be patient.

The next day, Red woke up to Edge's loud voice, loudly knocking on his door "SANS! WAKE THE FCK UP!!" He grumbled and sit up "im up boss!" The knocking stopped. Red rubbed his eyesockets and went downstairs to eat breakfast but a call interfere "SANS IM COOKING, GO ANSWER THE PHONE CALL" Red lazily reached his hand on the telephone and answered it "hel-"  "I got news" Its like Red's sleepyness went away and now hes fully awake "what?"  "The machine finally detected the original universe and-" Red dropped the telephone leaving it hanging. Ba-dum ping. Red grabbed his jacket from his room and quickly puts it on, struggling a little "SANS? WHERE ARE YOU GOING?"  "im seeing alph boss! said the machine is fine!" Red said in a hurry and he immidietly used a shortcut to go to Alphys's lab. Edge shook his head, a small smile plastered on his face.
