Chapter 5

Leila's Pov.

I looked up at the hell hole I was committed to. Woodbridge High School. It was a creation of man to torture the poor souls of teenagers. I sighed. Last night had been the best day of my life, so far. I pouted. I missed him, Cian Sinner. His name played in my mind continuously. I gripped my backpack tighter and walked up to my friends, Sam and Blade. I passed Grace and her group of minions. I glanced at them and saw them pointing at me. Grace whispered something then they all laughed. I rolled my eyes and continued forward. Blade looked at me funny when I walked next to him.

"What's up with Grace and her group of idiots pointing at you like that? Do you want me to cut them?" He asked with a devish smile on his face. I laughed and elbowed him in the ribs.

"Nah, I'm fine. I can cut them myself, if I wanted to. Which I do, but won't." Blade was nice but he wasn't boyfriend material. More like my guardian.

I looked around.

"Where's Sam?" I asked, squinting as I passed my gaze over the people, searching. Blade shrugged

"Late, per usual," he rolled his eyes.

He laughed and moved his black hair from his eyes. His purple eyes shined in the sun as he looked at me. The bell rang and we walked side by side down the hall to our lockers which were amazingly right next to each other. I put in my combination and pushed up on the switch.

"Haha!!" I laughed when it was open. "The locker is no match for me!"

I grinned at Blade. He just shook his head and laughed. I grabbed my books and notebooks. I slammed my locker shut and leaned on it while I waited for Blade.

"I wish you were in my first period, but you leave me, you jerk!!" I said to Blade when he shut his locker.

"Here...," he said, hugging me softly.

"That should last you today's first period." He let go of me, slowly, almost relunctantly. I stood there, frozen, never wanting his arms to leave my body. I shook my head and smiled at him.

"Ehh, maybe."  My first class was math and his was science.

"See ya' at lunch!" I said and turned around so my back was to him.

"Yea, at lunch," he mumbled sadly. I slowly walked down the hall and he ambled up it. I looked back at him then shook my head and looked forward again. I turned into my classroom and sat in my seat next to Sam, who was still not here. I looked for the math teacher but couldn't find her. Just as the final bell rang, she glided in.

"Good morning class, I have a surprise for you," she said, smiling brightly. We groaned. Normally, her surprises were pop quizzes.

"It's not what you think, we have a new student." We groaned again. We hated new students as much as quizzes. Teachers always pushed us and pushed us to help them out.

"Aww, come on! Cian, get in here," she called out into the hallway. My eyes widen as we waited for him to step in. I went stiff when a black converse entered the room. I waited until I saw a body and then a face. Cian Sinner had just stepped into my classroom.

Hey it's Megs (Of course you know who I am, you're reading my story) again. Sorry this chapter is so short. I just had soo many ideas for Cian and wanted to get to him quickly. So I rushed on Leila to get her out of the way. No offense to Leila Lovers (People who love Leila more than Cian). Honestly, I have to say I'm a Cian Lover. Not just cause he's my dream boy. >;)
