"It would be much better if it's a good news for us", Reagen said as I looked at Blaze who was already tensing up.
Alec turned to Reagen, "I assure it is" he muttered, to which Lucas's head snapped to him.
"I don't think so!" he almost yelled at Alec and others had to calm him.
"Why don't we hear it first?" Blaze said, Reagen nodded supporting him.
Alec took a deep breath, "I want you guys to do this deal together" he said ignoring Lucas who was giving him a death glare.
"And you really think it is possible?" I asked smiling. You must be kidding!
"I do" he said and I stood up to leave.
"I know it's a great deal and I have no problem sharing it but" I paused and looked at Lucas "not with him" I ended it with a look full of hatred and begun to make my way towards the door. I looked back to see the boys greeting them with sorry and goodbyes and running to me. I noticed a wicked smile in Alec's face.
I didn't know what made Alec think that I will accept it but I am sure he is gonna do something to mess me up. I drove home alone as Reagen, Blaze and Ryker wanted to chill down. On my way to home, I saw someone familiar standing on the footpath. I stopped my car near her and honked. She turned to my side and smiled as she saw me. She walked towards me,
"Hey Esmay, looks like you are waiting for someone" I asked her peeping my head slightly out of the window.
"Yeah, a friend" she said smiling brightly just like her brother, Ryker Young. Esmay is one of those few people who understands me. I've known her since middle school and she is such a sweet girl with overwhelming kindness towards people. Esmay is more like my sister.
"A friend? You got one on your first day." I said feeling happy for her because she always clings to us back then in middle school and was alone after we left for our higher education.
"I am a social person as compared to you guys" she said jokingly but that's true.
"Do you want me to drop you?" I asked. She opened her mouth to reply me but someone interrupted her.
"Esmay!" We heard someone call from behind. I didn't bother turning around but then the girl came closer.
"Sorry for the wait" she said a little formally and her voice caught me. I snapped my head in their direction just as she looked at me, Ashley?!
She looked at me surprised with her lips slightly apart.
"Hi" she said with a weird face, still shocked seeing me with Esmay.
"Do you guys know each other?" Esmay interrupted us suspiciously.
"Ye"- I cut off Ashley and said "No".
Esmay looked disappointed but she covered it quickly.
"Let's go for a coffee" Esmay said enthusiastically looking at both of us. I wanted to refuse but someone else took my chance.
"I am sorry. I really want to, but I am grounded because of someone" Ashley said with a sad face and already knew she was referring me.
We were all silent for a minute before Ashley broke it after taking a look at her wrist watch.
"Oh I have to go now" she exclaimed waving and ran to the parking place. Esmay seemed to like her so much that she was deeply disappointed. And I was really happy to see her make friends with someone but Ashley?!
She sighed deeply before asking, "Will you take to me home?".
I replied with a 'hmm' and she got in. She looked a little down but then got cheerful as ever after a minute.
"Don't you really know her?" she was leaning as if she could get the truth looking at me.
I poked her forehead lightly, glaring. She ignored each of my question and asked the same again and again. We arrived to her home and she was still waiting for an answer, though she knows she won't get it.
"Go in, see ya" with that said I drove home. I threw my bag on the couch and entered my kitchen to see a man who looked like a Godzilla sitting on my dining chair. I wasn't surprised to see someone here after what I've done in the restaurant. I knew he is gonna threaten me with anything.
"Hello, I hope you already know you are not welcome here" I said casually going in front of him.
"Yup, I knew" he said with a straight face. I wanted to laugh at how he was making a face.
"So, what did Alec want to tell me?" I asked controlling my laughter.
"He wants you to accept it"
I laughed, "No threats?"
"No, not yet and he also said he doesn't want you to make him hit your spot".
"Sorry, I am too curious to know what is going on in his big brain".
"You will regret it" he said with a smirk.
I gave him a tight smile with my hands extended to show him the way outside.
I sensed his urge to punch me in the face. He muttered something like "kiddo" before going out. I was really interested in knowing what they did to Lucas.
I wandered around the house for more than 30 mins, bored. I sat down thinking about what did that man meant by 'hit your spot'. I dozed off somehow and the boys did a great job waking me up by rolling me from the couch. Huhh.
"Esmay is friends with Ashley" I said calmly after taking my revenge by punching slightly in their arms.
"What?" They both exclaimed loudly to make me cringe but I ignored their reaction.
"I have something more serious for you" I said and Blaze groaned.
"What now?" He asked just as Reagen entered the house with his phone in one hand. Blaze shook his hand telling him to come faster. Ryker looked confused but calm.
"I wanna know what you guys think about this deal" I said with a straight face waiting for someone to tell that we should accept it.
"What do you think? Do you want us to accept it?" Reagen answered with questions.
"You all know how much I hate Lucas" I whispered inaudibly but they all heard it. I waited for them oppose my stupid statement but to my surprise, no one did.
"Personally, I think we don't need to do this. We can get something better than this" Ryker suddenly took my side and I wasn't able to express how thankful I was.
"I agree with Ryker" Blaze ended it shortly and we all looked at Reagen.
He curtly nodded like he didn't want to oppose as I already had two in my side. I half smiled and went up to my room.

I woke up peacefully trying to remember my dream. I crinkled my eyes remembering a girl in my dream. It was not like I am against girls and love but Its unlikely to have someone in my dream as none of them attracted me, yet...
I went down with a puzzled expression and saw a envelop lying on one of the dining chairs. It had 'Alec' written on the cover. I slowly neared it and opened it slightly to see some kind of document in it. I randomly saw some name on it and it was Reagen's.
I saw him coming near me with drowsy eyes and I knew something was wrong with the folder I was holding, so I hid it behind my back and ran back upstairs. My mouth dropped and I froze as I read it....
