We arrived at Starbucks at exactly 10:00-le meeting time. We were still inside the car to get ready. Well, so Lauryn could get ready.

“Do I look okay?!” she gave me her best smile. “You look perfect Laurs, don’t worry.” She was about to open the car door when I stopped her from doing so. “How do we know what he looks like?” I asked. “Well obviously, he looks like Niall Horan, silly girl, now let’s go!” I grabbed her hand and asked “What if it’s not really Niall? Don’t get your hopes too high Laurs.”

She rolled her eyes. “Here we go again.” She said. “Sorry, I’m just protecting you from being hurt. Speaking of protecting, here’s a pepper spray, one for you and one for me.” I said handing her the other pepper spray bottle.

“Why the hell I’m I going to use this?!” she yelled. “Well, in case the person’s a criminal.” I said with a smirk. We both laughed and went outside. “Um, laurs, I’m getting kinda scared.”

“Shhhh, were going to meet Niall Horan.” She said with a serious face. We went inside Starbucks and noticed the people turning their heads in our direction. I hate people who do that. I don’t know why but it makes me uncomfortable. I was already sweating hard but Lauryn was just standing there, smiling at all the people like an idiot. How could she not get embarrassed?! I was mentally punching her when I notice her smile disappeared. She turned to me and I saw her almost crying. “Oh my gosh, IT IS NIALL!” she yelled.

“Lauryn don’t shout!” I said in a low voice but with a mean tone. She pointed to something and I turned my head to see what she was ‘almost’ crying about. Just then, I saw a fine looking lad, just about my age. With blonde hair and blue eyes.

You know, I was a bit jealous of his eyes. I wanted my eyes to be blue instead of brown. We were silent for a while and after that we managed to reach Niall’s table without Lauryn fainting or crying, or screaming. We were met by a chubby guy. “Hello miss, the name’s Paul, Paul Higgins.”

“THE Paul Higgins?!” I heard Lauryn said from behind me. “Oh, is he a member of One Direction too?” I asked innocently. I heard an irish laugh from behind. Lauryn laughed so hard too she looked like a hippo. So I guess I was wrong about Paul. “Silly girl, Paul’s not a member of One Direction, he’s their tour and security management!” Lauryn said, still looking like a hippo.

I turned red as a tomato. “Paul-y, stop laughing you’re gonna make me laugh too.” Said someone from behind with an irish accent. Lauryn stopped laughing and her eyes widened again. “Nialler!” she yelled. “Hello love, the name’s Niall, Niall Horan.” He shook her hand and Lauryn stopped breathing.

“Lauryn breathe.” I whispered at her. She nodded and I smiled at Niall. Niall smile back, showing his braces.

“Care to explain why you bothered seeing us?” I asked Niall. “I’ll answer that question.” Paul said. “Well, the management knew you got Niall Horan’s number. THE Niall Horan. And they didn’t want anyone else to know what it is. So please, protect it. Cause if you don’t we’ll be forced to change Niall’s number and you won’t have the chance to talk to him EVER. AGAIN.”

“Okay, I promise!” Luaryn said as she put her right hand in her left chest. “Soooo, you want us to NOT share his number?”

“Exactly.” Paul said. “Okay deal’s done. Let’s go Lauryn. “WHAT?! No, please Tiff! I want to stay.” I rolled my eyes and agreed. But I had a condition, I would wait outside. “No! You stay with us, miss.” said Niall. I looked at Niall and gave him a nod. We talked the whole meeting.

It was still 9:00 but I felt my stomach grumbling already. There were bagels outside and I tried resisting them but I just couldn’t. “Excuse me.”
