You can always suggest something else in the comment section below, but here are some ideas-
BROTHERS CONFLICT:
Ema love story. Ema and her best friend. Maybe Ema is a Yandere?
Masaomi love story. MC is a mom who takes her kid to the pediatrician and meets Masaomi.
Natsume love story. MC is a quite unemployed gamer and finally meets the one who created her favorite game.
AVENGERS (I know, I'm branching out :D):
MC is a mentally disturbed/morally grey character?
MC is friends with Peter Parker. She isn't a high school student, but her and Peter know each other from a Deli. She also has a secret. She is Spiderwoman. From another universe. And she has to leave, quickly.
END.
