"So, Bree?"

Bree, who was lounging on the couch, idly looked up. Her youngest sister Amy had just returned from middle school, eyes bright with excitement. "Did your Internet friend like the drawing?"

Bree grinned. "Oh, he sure did! He was ecstatic." She stretched out a hand and petted Amy's head. "Thanks for the favour, Amy. Llama also told me to pass on his thanks."

"Aww. I wish I can have an Internet friend like him too." Amy mock-pouted, and Bree chortled, amused by her childish look of disappointment.

"It's lucky that we're both so invested in this Internet friends business. Most people I know gave up within three weeks."

"Oooh, Bree!" Bree's second youngest sister, Genevieve, butted in. "Will you and Llama ever reveal your identities?"

Bree tapped on her chin. "I think we both agreed we wanted to do that before next school year, but we haven't decided on a specific time yet."

Genevieve waggled her eyebrows dramatically. "Has he come close to guessing your identity?"

Bree snorted. "He hasn't even tried. To be fair, I think I've been pretty careful so far. He probably doesn't even know I have more than one sister."

"How about you?" Amy leaned towards Bree. "Have you gotten any clues about him?" she drawled.

The look on Bree's face told the sisters everything, and they burst into high-pitched giggles simultaneously.

"Of course Miss Detective here would have a few ideas," Genevieve sniggered. "Bree's too smart."

"Well, keep in mind I'm not going to jump to conclusions," Bree stated nonchalantly. "This is a pretty personal matter, so I'm not doing much about it."

"Ooooh! But you have someone in your mind, don't you?" Genevieve nudged Bree playfully, but Bree just laughed.

"Yeah, so? We'll tell each other when we're ready. Bree peered at her bracelet (the one Llama had given her) and toyed with the fox charm on it. With a soft, fond smile on her lips, she said, "I'm not ruining that."
