Billie's on her flight home but technically won't be here until the ass crack of dawn tomorrow.
She sent me a snap earlier before she got on the plane ✈️

The last couple of days since the party have felt like the twilight zone. I honestly wanted to drop my class just to get away from Noah.....but I didn't. It's awkward and hard to see him now. I should have followed my gut instincts from the jump.

"Earth to Rae! We need your part of the report." Charity hollered from across the table. I looked up and everyone was staring at me, including Noah. "Oh, sorry." I replied. I reached in my back pack and handed over my paper.
Noah was still looking at me, I turned away and focused on my phone again.
Class ended and I rushed to get the hell out of there like I had been doing all week. I was almost to my car..."Rae! Hold on a sec please." Noah yelled behind me. I turned around hesitantly, leaned up against my car and sighed. He was standing in front of me now. "Yo, are we good?" He asked. I looked confused. "I mean....I guess." I answered.
"You just won't even make eye contact with me anymore...." he said.
"Noah....we've only known each other like a month. You kissed me while I was drunk knowing that I have a girlfriend. I guess I don't understand what I owe you or what exactly you want from me??" I replied. He looked shocked and caught off guard. "I know you probably aren't used to being turned down, but I'm not that kind of girl. So unless there's anything else you wanna say I would really like to go home now." I said.
He nodded his head & looked hurt, "okay. I'm sorry I bothered you." He turned and walked off. I mean I felt bad for being a dick but fuck!

I got in my car and started it up then my phone rang......it was Bil.
"Mamas! Where you at!?" She said excitedly. "What?? I'm leaving school. Why? where are you?? Shouldn't you be flying over the Ocean somewhere right now???" I asked.
She was laughing. "Billie. Stop fucking with me." I hollered. She hung up. WHAT THE FUCK!? I put my phone in my car holster and tried FaceTiming her. "Billie!" I laughed.

She popped up for a split second & then hung up....again. Oh she wants to play games, fine! I pulled up Finns number and called him.
"Hello?" He answered. "Where are you guys!?" I asked. He laughed, "I have been sworn to secrecy" he said. "What!?!? Come on a Finn PLEEEEEASE!" I pleaded. He hung up on me too.
What in the actual fuck is going on right now.
It was hard not to speed my ass off and get home so I could focus on figuring out what the hell kinda game she was playing with me right now lol.
I finally pulled into my driveway and tried to call her again. "You figure it out yet?" She answered. "Figure what out you crazy bitch!?" I giggled. I was listening to her laugh her ass off when all of the sudden I heard the familiar sound of a V8 engine. Dragon pulled in directly behind me. I threw my phone down on my seat, hopped out of the car and ran towards her drivers side.
"Are fucking kidding me right now!?!?" I hollered while waiting for her to open her door. She stepped out of the car and I practically tackled her. I actually had tears building up in my eyes. "Sorry mamas I just really wanted to surprise you." She giggled.
"Are you crying??? Baaaabe!" She smiled gently wiping away the tears that had made their way down my cheeks. "Crying??? Hell no!" I fronted. She smirked, grabbed my face and planted her lips on mine. It was like a warm wave covered my entire body feeling her again.
She pulled away from me and brushed my hair behind my ear. "I'm so happy you're back" I said. "Me too" she replied. "Now take me inside, I'm tired as fuck!" She demanded.
I grabbed her hand and led her to the front door. "So what happened? did you leave a day earlier than what you said." I asked.
"Yup! I wanted to surprise you." She winked. I leaned over and kissed her as I unlocked the front door, "best surprise ever." I replied.
