Eminork awoke from her deep slumber. The small bed stood no match for her in the night or the morning. Bilbo Baggins sat in the small round kitchen cooking fish and eggs for Eminork; since that was all she would ever eat. When Bilbo came to adopt his niece he never knew she was part dwarf as her father was one but her mother was a hobbit. Now hobbits are a few feet smaller than dwarves but since Eminork is part dwarf she is much taller than the rest of the hobbits in the Shire. Her father Torken was a cousin of Thorin's father, Thráin as her mother was Bilbo's sister. Eminork eats like her father but has a heart of gold like her mother.

When her parents died; Because of the foolishness of Mordor, Bilbo came in an adopted her and took her in as his own (Now make hast that this was before Bilbo adopted Frodo). Now back to the morning story..... Eminork ran down the hall to her uncle's kitchen and slammed down in one of the chairs at the table. "Whoa, there little lady if you slammed any harder you could have shook the kitchen." Bilbo chuckled at his young but large niece.

She laughed herself as he spoke, "Sorry uncle. I was just excited for breakfast this morning."

Bilbo rubbed his niece's head and laughed. "I should have known."

He then chuckled while handing her the plate of fish and eggs. Just as Bilbo was fixing his own plate a 'knock knock' was at the green wooden door. Bilbo looked at his young niece. Like always she was gobbling down her food. He just smiled and walked to the door. "Gandalf.... What a pleasant surprise," Bilbo said while opening the round green door exposing the Hobbit-hole into light.

"I am surprised you remember me after all these years," Gandalf said while walking into the hobbit's kitchen.

"Well well well look who it is," Eminork said to Gandalf while finishing her breakfast.

"I see you still are taking care of your young niece after all these years Bilbo," Gandalf said to Bilbo while finding a seat at the hobbit's table. Bilbo turned around to speak to Gandalf but a knock came to the door.

"I'll get it," Bilbo said as he walked out of the kitchen.

"Dwalin at your service sir," The bald dwarf bowed and walked into Bilbo's house.

"Dwalin my dear friend," Gandalf said while smiling.

Dwalin hugged Gandalf and turned towards Eminork. "Who may this pretty young lady?" He said to Eminork's uncle while walking toward her.

"This is my niece; Eminork," Bilbo commented to Dwalin.

"It is very nice to meet you," Dwalin said while stretching out his hand to Eminork.

Eminork shook his hand then stood up and said, "May I be excused, uncle?" Bilbo nodded and Eminork walked out to her room. More knocks came to the door. Bilbo looked curious but he calmly walked to the door and opened it.

More dwarves pilled in. Bilbo began to become furious and said, "Why must they come into my home on such a late hour?!" But Bilbo thought of his young niece and said to himself. "Well if Gandalf invited them he must have a good reason in doing so."

Two particular dwarves were Fili and Kili. Nephews of the king of the Blue Mountain who held a oak branch as a shield. Thorin Oakenshield was his name. The dwarves then decided to have some dinner. So they all took food from Bilbo's kitchen and placed it at the table. "Shall we sing a song," Kili asked happily.

"Why of course. I love a good tune during dinner. Shall we start it brother," Fili said while putting his arm around his brother.

"Why I think we shall," Kili replied back to his older brother. And thus the two young brothers started the tune. "Blunt the knives and bend the forks! Smash the bottles and burn the corks! Chip the glasses and crack the plates! That's what Bilbo Baggins hates!"
