The next week was progressing slowly, it was as if the days didn't want to end. I had advanced a lot with MTM, the company that provided us with the technical service of the reservation system, by now I knew exactly how the training was going to be and the materials they were going to use, I would have another meeting with them early next month to meet the trainers, but it was more protocol and because I'm kind of a control freak.

On Monday morning, I dropped Alex off at the airport for the photoshoots she had to do out of town. I was not going to see her for a little more than 5 days, that really put me in a bad mood, because although we didn't see each other every day, I liked knowing that she was here near me, that she could come to have lunch with me at the hotel or that I could bring dinner to the studio and sit on her office floor to eat and other things that we weren't going to be able to do this week either. But she was very excited about that contract and that made me happier than it saddened me not to have her around these days. Michael had returned to town on Sunday, so he was taking over the studio and scheduling any other work that came up while Alex was away.
