As Ke$ha's career continued to climb she began to work on her second album.
Ke$ha, Dr Luke, Benny Blanco, along with the rest of her team took a few months to produce her next album. Her next album she would call Cannibal. The first single of of Ke$ha's new album would be We R Who awe R.

We R Who We R would be the most impactful song Ke$ha had ever written. Not only was the song catchy and cool, the meaning behind the song gave life to so many of her fans. The song went #1 in no time and was playing on radio stations nonstop around the world. The song talks about how we are a group of people who love to have fun and not give a fuck about what others think, and how we should love who we are. The song inspired so many of her fans but also broke them at the same time. This song would give so many of us the courage to stand up for who we are and not care what others think.

In 2010 Billboard crowned Ke$ha Hot 100 Artist Of 2010. This was a huge deal for an upcoming artist to win such a big award. A few months after We R Who We R started to die down a little Ke$ha released Blow. Blow was another one of Ke$ha's most successful songs and made it into the top 10 chart on iTunes. It only took less than 2 years but Ke$ha had collected 21 million digital single downloads in the US.

After releasing a few singles Ke$ha decided to head on her first world tour, The Get Sleazy Tour. This tour would be a party that never ends. The tours ticket sales were so successful that they added a summer leg to the tour which covered three continents. The tour was absolutely crazy. Ke$ha made a statement about her touring and said "This is my dream. This is the only thing that I have been put on this earth to do, and this is just the beginning." She was excited but yet anxious to have her own tour. The shows were so epic, there was glitter, flying objects, drunks, and many more fun things happening at the show all at once. "I always take a quiet moment right before every show, my live show is like my church, it means everything to me." Ke$ha tells us how she loves to come out and see us with ripped clothing, crazy hair, alcohol in our breath, and ready to party. She makes her shows a party so we can have fun and not have to worry about being judged by others. As the tour went on Ke$ha got to travel all over the world, meet many of her fans, and have have crazy experiences that most people will never have.

On the tour her management added a meet and greet option so many of her loyal fans could meet their queen. So many animals paid the high price to meet the goddess. The stories that have been told from the meet and greet sessions were amazing fans crying with Kesha expressing their love for her and how she literally saved their life. An animal that would like to remain anonymous said how they were debating suicide but one night heard We R Who We R for the first time, the some spoke to them so much that they felt confident about themselves and could stand up to their haters. Another animal shared how Ke$ha was their role model growing up and they looked to her for happiness and fun, and when they got to meet her they broke down crying because they finally had the moment to meet the person who helped shape their life. Many fans made scrapbooks, wrote letters, and have presents to Ke$ha that she still has today.

During the tour Ke$ha posted on her Twitter asking us to send her our teeth to make stuff with. Hell, none of us new what she was going to do with them but we did as she asked. We sent her thousands of teeth to worth with. Later did we finally find put what she did with them. As Ke$ha grew very popular online her fan base continued to grow. At this point we had formed more into a cultish family than anything. Ke$ha had finally hit 2 million followers on her birthday, and many more fan accounts had been created. People had actually devoted a lot of their lives to running Ke$ha fan pages. The amount of people tweeting about the fantasies and dreams they had of Ke$ha was insane. So many people has begun to follow her.

As Ke$ha's popularity grew she had many opportunities come along as well. One huge opportunity she had was to have her own brand of watches. Ke$ha had her own watch chain now by Baby G. She had so many photo shoots and a big launch to attend for the watches. Down the road Britney Spears contacting Ke$ha to have her write a song for her. Ke$ha ended up writing Till The World Ends. Later they made a remix version with her, Britney, and Nicki Minaj. As the Get Sleazy Era came to a soft end many of us still were wondering what exactly would happen next for Ke$ha.
