The four boys walked in the common room. Crabbe (Ron) and Goyle had an expression on their faces which underlined that these were Harry and Ron. Both of them looked uncomfortable out of place and eyed the common room suspiciously. Draco didn't notice this and motioned to a set of empty chairs in front of the fire and said "Wait here"

Crabbe (Ron) and Goyle took a seat in the chairs and Y/N threw himself on an armchair that was a bit away from the chairs and watched Crabbe and Goyle very closely. With his hand in his cloak, Y/N held his wand firmly, ready to respond to any situation that might occur.

After a few minutes of silence, Draco came back, holding a page of a newspaper. He thrust it under Crabbe's (Ron's) nose. Y/N who hasn't seen the article before stood up and walked behind the two to read it over their shoulders.

"That will give you a laugh" said Draco with a satisfied grin on his face.

Enquiry at the Ministry of Magic

Arthur Weasley, Head of the Misuse of Muggle Artefacts Office, was today fined fifty Galleons for bewitching a Muggle car. Mr Lucius Malfoy, a governor of Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry, where the enchanted car crashed earlier this year, called today for Mr Weasley's resignation. "Weasley has brought the Ministry into disrepute" Mr Malfoy told our reporter. "He is clearly unfit to draw up our laws and his ridiculous Muggle Protection Act should be scrapped immediately." Mr Weasley was unavailable for comment, although his wife told reporters to clear off or she'd set the family ghoul on them

"Well?" said Malfoy impatiently "Don't you think it's funny?" Crabbe (Ron) and Goyle both gave a stiff laugh. But Draco was satisfied with their reaction and added "Arthur Weasley loves Muggles so much he should snap his wand in half and go and join them"

Y/N just shook his head "It's a pity that Mr Weasley has to face all those things just because his idiotic son stole his car" he said, faced Crabbe and added "Instead of punishing him, Dumbledore should have expelled Ron"

Y/N enjoyed the fury he could see rising in Crabbe's (Ron's) eyes. Goyle (Harry) noticed it too and bumped him in the side with his elbow. Crabbe (Ron) slowly took his eyes of Y/N and faced Draco.

"What's up with you, Crabbe?" asked Draco, who watched the scene in front of him. "Stomach ache" responded Crabbe (Ron). Y/N muttered something that sounded similar to plushy. Draco snickered "Well, go up to the hospital wing and give all those Mudbloods a kick from me" and kicked pillow through the common room.

Y/N walked back to his armchair still holding his wand. Slowly Y/N zoned out, he wasn't in need to watch Draco making fun of Creevey. Y/N picked up his transfiguration book and skipped through the pages until something Draco said drew his attention.

"... with that jumped-up Granger Mudblood. And people think he's Slytherins heir!"

Draco mentioning triggered something in Y/N and he jumped up a clenched his fists. But Draco didn't notice him, because not only him but also Crabbe (Ron) jumped up. Draco furrowed his eyebrows and eyed Crabbe suspiciously. Goyle (Harry) pulled Crabbe down on the couch. Y/N still clenching his fists glared at Draco and waited for him to continue. Out of the corner of his eye he saw Goyle look at him confused.

"I wish I knew who it is" said Malfoy petulantly "I could help them" Crabbe's (Ron's) jaw dropped and Goyle (Harry) asked "You must have some idea who's behind it all"

"You know I haven't, Goyle, how many times do I have to tell you?" snapped Draco "For all I know it could be anybody, even Y/N could be the heir" added Draco and nodded in direction of Y/N.

Y/N felt the stares from Crabbe and Goyle on his back. Y/N could strangle Draco. Why did he have to drag him in too? Now Harry and Ron would distrust him even more than they already did. Y/N sighed "Unfortunately, I'm not the heir". Draco sat down on a chair and said with noticeable disappointment "I know, I know"
