The following weeks passed without any incidents. On the third weekend after holidays, Y/N decided to finally visit Hagrid and ask him about his participation fifty years ago.

It was a cold Sunday morning when Y/N, wrapped up in a jacket, scarf and hat so that only his eyes and the tip of his nose could be seen, made his way through the snow-covered grounds to Hagrid's hut.

Y/N kicked the door slightly and waited for Hagrid to open it stepping from one foot to another. The door swung open. Hagrid the groundkeeper looked curiously down on him.

"can I help ya?" muttered Hagrid. "Y- Yes I wan-ted to..." tried Y/N to respond before Hagrid cut him off "Boy, come in come in. We don' want ya to catch a cold, wouldn' we" said Hagrid and stepped aside to let Y/N in.

Y/N nodded and quickly walked in the room. Y/N has never been in the hut before he looked around. Saw a kettle hanging over a crackling fire, the massive bed and a gigantic dog sleeping in the corner.

Y/N pulled down his hat and scarf and turned around to Hagrid. Hagrid let out a gasp and backed away slightly. Y/N didn't notice Hagrid's weird behaviour and said "I came to ask you a few questions if you don't mind"

Hagrid only nodded and motioned him to sit down on one of the chairs. Y/N sat down and waited for Hagrid to sit down too. Hagrid who eyed him closely was still standing next to the door. "Is everything okay, Sir" asked Y/N confused by Hagrid's strange behaviour. He has never spoken to him personally but Hermione told him a lot about the friendly giant.

Hagrid slowly recovered and put on a weak smile "Yea everything is alrigh'" said Hagrid in a Cracking voice and sat down next to Y/N. "What is it tha' yea wan' to ask me?"

"I have a few questions about the Chamber of ..." but Y/N wasn't able to finish his sentence.

Hagrid jumped up, cold fury written on his face and screamed "Ge' outta here" and pushed him out of the door. Before he slammed the door shut he added "I never wan' to hear anythin' about tha' again. I have nothin' to do with it"

Saying Y/N wasn't surprised would be an understatement. He waited for a moment after knocking again but there was no Hagrid who opened the door angrily telling him to leave. The only thing Y/N heard was the howling of the wind.

"For sure you aren't involved in that. We both know you are lying" muttered Y/N with a triumphant smile on his face. Thinking about ways to get the truth out of Hagrid, Y/N strolled back to the castle.

When he entered the common room he wished to do nothing more than to make himself comfortable in one of the armchairs in front of the fireplace and read.

Unfortunately, he wasn't the only one in the common room. Draco, Crabbe and Goyle were once again debating about the current events and Blaise was nowhere to be seen.

"I already told father that Dumbledore is the biggest joke of a headmaster you could imagine" said Draco. Crabbe and Goyle were both nodding but Y/N doubted whether they had even understood what it was about. Y/N was certain that the impact the floor had on their heads didn't do them any good on Christmas, at least they've been slower than ever since then.

When Draco noticed that Y/N had entered the common room he gestured him to sit down next to him. Y/N who wasn't keen to go through the same stuff for the fifth time this week just shook his head and said "Sorry Draco, but I have to finish some homework for tomorrow"

Draco nodded and turned back to Crabbe and Goyle. Y/N walked past them to their dorm. When he walked past a wall, he noticed something he hasn't noticed before "Draco" "huh?" "Is this board new?" asked Y/N. Draco got up and walked to him. Standing next to Y/N he began to explain "No this has been here for years. It is Slytherin's board of Honor. Only the best students and those who did something remarkable were honoured by sign here on the board"
