The Underground

Mako walked to the hole and put his bag down and looked around seeing Opal and Shu Yen, "Where is the Chief?" Mako asked. Shu Yen looked at Mako, "She went back to the command center to make sure everything is in order before she comes" Shu Yen explained. "It's nice for you to join us" Opal commented. Shu Yen turned and smiled, "No problem I know the tunnel system very well, my unit was station here when I was in the united forces" Shu Yen explained. Opal smiled and Mako nodded listening to that, "Where are they?" Tenzin asked walking over to them with Lin and they had a bag of radios. 

Before they could answer Korra, Bolin, and Asami ran over to them, "We saw Jinora" Korra called. Everyone looked at Korra, "What? How?" Tenzin asked, "She spirit projected to us" Korra answered. Shu Yen leaned closer to Bolin currious, "What does that mean?" Shu Yen asked, Bolin looked at Shu Yen. "It's a cool Airbender trick where she can project her spirit, we used it before to find Korra and Kai before" Bolin explained. Mako listened curious why Shu Yen wanted to know, "What did she tell you?" Tenzin asked.

"The kidnappers stopped to charge their drill" Korra answered, Lin Looked at the group, "Let's act quick then" Lin advised. "I agree we don't have much time" Tenzin agreed as they were all heading to the hole. Everyone followed Lin to the hold and an officer greeted Lin, "Were going in, contact us via radio if anything changes" Lin ordered, the officer saulted and nodded. Lin, Tenzin, Korra, Asami, Bolin, Mako, Opal, and Shu Yen head inside, Mako and Shu Yen were in the front giving light using their Firebending. Bolin explained the whole Shu Yen situation to Korra, Asami, and Tenzin. Mako looked at Shu Yen, "It's cool to have another Firebender" Mako commented.

Shu Yen looked at Mako and smirked, "I agree but I'm not as young as I use to be" Shu Yen joked as they continued to walk down the path. "Everyone be on your guard, were dealing with Chi blockers and three of the elements" Tenzin warned. They turned and it was a dead end, "I thought you knew your way around the tunnels?" Mako asked. Shu Yen looked at Mako, "That was a long time ago, tunnels can change" Shu Yen informed. Mako looked at Shu Yen and then Korra stepped forward. "Let's just retrace our steps" Korra suggested, "Korra is right, we don't have time to argue" Tenzin mentioned as they all turned around.

Henry woke up hearing a sound from his watch and he looked and saw a message from Shu Yen, "You need to get on a move on quickly we are following you underground now, watch that airbender girl she warned the Avatar with something called Spirit Projection, I will buy you time get a move on" Shu Yen message stated. Henry looked at everyone in the cockpit, "What's the drill charge at?" Henry asked. "5 minutes" The driver informed. "Change of plans, we ditch the drill" Henry ordered, "What?" The Nonbender asked, Henry looked at him. "Boss said they are closing in on us, we need to make a move on with or without the drill, so Alpha team get the Airbenders and we'll meet outside" Henry ordered leaving the drill.

Alpha team opened the storage room seeing Kai and Jinora asleep, "That's kinda cute" One of the Earthbender commented. The Nonbender rolled his eyes, "Wake them up" The Nonbender ordered. The Earthbenders smirked and stomped on the ground snapping some metal making a loud sound. Kai and Jinora got up quickly hearing it and all they saw were the kidnappers, "Snatch them" The Nonbender ordered. "As you wish Ryan" One of the Earthbenders stated as they put Kai and Jinora in metal restraints. "Where are you taking us?" Jinora asked, "Shut up!!!" Ryan barked silencing Jinora.

They caught up with Henry, "We got them" Ryan informed, Henry smiled, "Perfect What's get a move on" Henry ordered. Delta Team's Earthebender started punching the wall creating a tunnel. Henry went close to Jinora ear, "We know you can contact the Avatar" Henry whispered, Jinora looked at Henry shocked. "You won't be doing that anymore because if you do, that boyfriend of yours will pay the price" Henry threatened. Jinora froze looking over seeing another Earthbender dragging Kai. "Do I make myself clear?" Henry asked, Jinora nodded her head and Henry smirked. "Good girl" Henry stated as he continued to walk with his two teams.

The underground team stopped seeing four different tunnels and Tenzin, Lin, and Shu Yen were talking about which one to take while Team Avatar were with Mako. "What's up with you Mako?" Asami asked. "I don't know, I just have a feeling something isnt right" Mako explained, Korra looked at Mako. "Trust your gut, I trust you" Korra stated, Mako smiled, "Thanks Korra" Mako thanked. Bolin put his hand on Mako shoulder, "I agree with Korra, last time you felt that way you figured out Verricks whole plot back when he bombed his own building" Bolin commented.

"I suggest we split up" Shu Yen commented, Lin looked at Shu Yen, "We shouldnt we are effective as a group" Lin disagreed. Shu Yen looked at Tenzin, "You have too agree that time is not on our side we got four tunnels and 8 people so I say to search the tunnels we split into pairs" Shu Yen explained. Before Lin said anything Tenzin stopped Lin, "I know you don't like it but he's right" Tenzin agreed with Shu Yen. Lin sighed and they walked over to team Avatar, "Everyone pair up we're searching each tunnel" Tenzin advised. Mako looked around seeing people already pairing themselves and Shu Yen walked over to Mako. "Firebenders stick together right?" Shu Yen asked. Mako smirked, "Sure" Mako replied shaking Shu Yen hand as they were a pair.

Lin and Tenzin went through the first one

Korra and Asami went through the Second one

Bolin and Opal went though the third one

Mako and Shu Yen went through the fourth one

Lin gave each group a radio before they split and each pair started their search for Kai and Jinora.
