Chapter 21 - Another Mission

Later that evening, star members continued to do their tasks until 9 pm. Liliana and Ruby were getting back the materials so Yael decided to give them a hand, but Liliana chose to clean and told him to just help Ruby get back the boxes of materials to the storage room.

He couldn't say nor do anything and just obeyed her and started to help Ruby. Yael's thinking a way of how to confess his feelings to Liliana while he and Ruby are walking together through the hallway with the boxes they're holding.

A small smile curved to his lips when he thought and decided he will confess on the day of the celebration. Naisip niya na iyon ang tamang araw at oras dahil masaya ang lahat sa araw na 'yon.

"Care to share what you're thinking about to make you smile like that?" Ruby asked him.

Yael was about to speak when two prime preservers passed by, talking about the virus going around inside the Water Village that made him turned his head to them. Lumapit siya sakanila at tinanong kung ano ang nangyayari.

"Yael, ikaw pala. Kaninang hapon lang kumalat ang balita na may virus na kumakalat sa Water Village at sinabing marami-rami na daw ang nahawa dito, hindi lang matatanda kun'di pati mga bata." Sagot ng isa.

Tumango ang kasama nito. "Balak i-lockdown ng Water Keeper ang village kaya pahirapan na ngayong lumabas at pumasok doon."

Biglang nataranta si Yael sa narinig dahil naroroon ang mga kapatid niya, lalo na't may kapatid itong maliit.

"Saan at paano 'yon nagsimula?" Tanong niya sakanila.

Nagkibit-balikat ang isa. "Pasensya na, hindi din namin alam. Ang alam lang namin ay nakakamatay daw iyon."

Nagpasalamat si Yael sakanila at nagpaalam kay Ruby na kailangan niyang pumunta kay Silvermist para sabihin ang nangyayari. Ruby didn't say anything and the last thing he saw before he ran was her worried face.

Dumeretso siya sa office ni Silvermist dahil doon niya ito huling nakita. Hindi na siya kumatok pa at dali-daling pumasok sa loob. Wala pang nagsasalita sakanilang dalawa ay alam na nila kung ano ang ipinunta niya dito.

Silvermist sadly looked at him, feeling sorry. "I just received the news... and your little sister is one of the people who got infected."

Muntik ng maiyak si Yael. Nanghina ito at parang nabingi ito sa narinig. Napahawak siya sa mesa at minasahe ang ulo. "Please tell me she's still alive..."

Silvermist tapped the back of his shoulders to comfort him. "She's still alive, Yael. We're about to have a meeting regarding this problem. I'll just update you."

Yael nodded as she went out to go to the meeting. Naiwan ito sa loob at napatingin sa pintuan nang makita niya si Ruby na papasok pagkalabas ni Silvermist. Lumapit ito sakaniya at niyakap na ikinabigla niya. He didn't know she followed him.

Nang dahil sa ginawa nitong pagyakap ay hindi na mapigilan ni Yael na umiyak ng tuluyan at yakapin pabalik si Ruby.

"Shh, I'm here. You can let it all out."

Sid Windsor

Sid was about to sleep when they called the star members for an emergency meeting.

"Meeting again..." He whined, getting up from the bed.

He didn't change his clothes and just went to the centre room wearing his pajamas. Hindi makapaniwalang tumingin ang ibang miyembro sakaniya at umupo nalang.

"What? It's an emergency meeting," He defended himself but no one replied.

He pouted and when he saw Silvermist came in with a serious expression, he shut his mouth and get ready to listen to her.

"You have another mission to complete, and it's quite dangerous." She started.

The members let her continue since they already know what's happening.

"We will go to the Water Village tomorrow morning and we'll stay there for 2 days and 1 night. You must pack your things tonight and rest well. What we're dealing now is a virus and not some rebels –"

"But there is a possibility that this virus has something to do with them." Terrence cut her off and the members agreed to him.

"Well, maybe yes and maybe no," Silvermist continued. "Either way, what we need to do according to the Headmistress is to find out how or where the virus came from and how to stop it from spreading."

"What about the preparation for the celebration?" Luca asked.

"We still have another 2 days left after we did the mission and before the day of the celebration. I think we can do it all." Bryce spoke out.

Everyone agreed and the meeting ended. Sid followed Silvermist to her office and hugged her from the back.

"I'm itching to tell it to them," He whispered and gently stroked her tummy while hugging.

He badly wants to tell the members about their relationship. That he finally made Silvermist accepts his feelings, but something bad always comes up.

Silvermist stopped from what she's doing. "I-I'm sure there's a right time to tell them."

Sid made a lot of effort for them to be together. He courted her secretly for only a short time but he knows that both of their feelings are true. She made him change his perspective when it comes to commitment and relationship.

He learned not to play games anymore. He's not afraid to commit anymore.

"You better sleep. You have to wake up early tomorrow." She reminded him but he just shook his head.

"I can't sleep. I miss you already."

Silvermist broke the hug, faced him, and gave him a peck on the lips. "There. Now rest."

Sid stared at her, down to her lips. "You think I can sleep after you did that?"

"I –"

He slowly pushed her towards the window of her office, holding her waist and shoving his nose into her face at the same time. He closed the gap between them and his lips met hers once again. They shared a passionate kiss this time.

She closed her eyes and caressed the back of his head. He finds her lips taste like honey and this is the most delicious honey he could ever taste. He lifted her up and made her sit on the window sill, spread her legs around his hips without breaking the kiss.

He broke the kiss seconds after for them to breathe some air. He then brushed his lips against her collar bone that made her whole body tremble.

"If you want me to stop, tell me now," He whispered in a husky voice.

Instead of answering him, she pulled him closer and kissed him as if it's their last kiss. Sid quickly kissed her back, his hands started to roam all over her breasts, hips, down to her soft legs and thighs. He kissed her deeper and longer 'til he stopped and wandered to her neck.

He lifted her up again, her legs still around his hips, and gently pushed her backward on the sofa 'til she's already lying down and he's on top. They both removed their clothes effortlessly and kissed each other again, pressing his whole body against hers.

"You smell so good," He said and went down to her breasts, sucking her nipples with his tongue which made her moan louder.

Good thing the room is sound-proof so they don't have to worry about being loud.

Sid's lips slowly went down to her tummy 'til he reached the most sensitive part of her body. She moaned louder, madly gripping his hair with her fingers.

He continued to give her pleasures and came back to kiss her neck and lips before entering inside her. "I love you..."

Silvermist touched his cheeks and gave him a smile. "I love you too."
