CHAPTER 20

ARTHUR POV

I hate seeing Annie crying. Hear all of her story make me want to kill her mother. What kind of mother is that, having her child to funding her, did she know how Annie struggling for her life, how she survive. Think of it only make my blood racing, I look at her, she's crying on my chest, stroking her hair, soothing her, but inside I'm boiling. I swear I will solving this problem quickly. I don't want Annie overthinking, I still remember when she leaving me because Monica.

While stroking her hair, caressing her cheek, I felt she sleep in my chest. I take her bridal style and going to our room. I put her in the bed, put the cover to her, caressing her hair then kissing her forehead. I walking out from our room, close the door. I make my way to study room.

I sit in my chair, closed my eyes. I have to clean this mess as soon as possible, walking to the cabinet I grab a bottle of whiskey, pour into a glass, and drink it slowly. Annie and Mia is my first priority over everything now. Back to my big chair, I sit then make a call to my PA, Dean. I want him to find every information about Annie mother, then make another call to my lawyer, I told him to meet me tomorrow at my office to discuss this situation.

Back to our room, I see Annie sleeping. Taking shower, only in my boxer then get in the bed. I slip my hand on her head, my other hand hug her. I feel her body tensed. I kiss her head, hold her tightly, her body slowly relax, her body moving to me, cuddling me. Watching her sleep a little longer then the darkness consume me.

I felt she trailed her hand in my chest, my eyes still closed, wondering what she'll do next. I felt her hand caressing my belly then trail down. I turn my body, put my hand on her waist, start kissing her neck, "morning baby, a nice way to wake me up isn't ?" I tease her

She blushed, I love teasing her, only make me turn on. "I thought you still sleeping" she stuttered.

I move my body above her start kissing her neck, find her sensitive spot, and I hear she moan, I smirk, my hand start touch her breast, teasing it, and when I feel her panting, I put my hand down releasing her private parts. I'm addicted to her, I can't never get enough with her. Every time I see her belly, I fell happy, proud, turn non when I realized that  she's even more sexy with her baby bump.

After our morning exercise, I get up from the bed, turn on the water, take a shower. When I back, I see Annie sleeping again, I grab my suit, wear it and I see Annie still sleeping, put notes on the table

baby, I'm leaving work, don't wake you up, you looks cute when you sleep

Reach my office, Billy come to my office inform me that Dean is already present. I told Billy to send him in.

"Boss, everything what you want in this file" he handed me the file. I took it then start to read it.

This women really make me sick. Reading the information makes me want to throw up. I can't believe that this woman is who giving birth Annie. Damn, I have to call my lawyer and set everything. My phone vibrate I reach and see Annie messages

Baby you leaving me without waking me up

Staring at the phone screen, I smiled, replied her

Sweetheart, stay at home today, don't go anywhere, I missed you already

I press my intercom, I told Billy to arrange meeting with my lawyers as soon as possible

I reach file in front of me then starting to work.

"Sir, your lawyers is in the meeting room now" Billy inform me. Stand from my chair, walking to the meeting room. All of my lawyers already in the meeting room. I take a set and start the meeting, explain to the the situation, and I want all of them put an action with her immediately. I don't anyone make mess with what mine.

Back to my office, I sit in my big chair, I take a sip of my coffee, working my unfinished business. When its done, I grab my briefcase, walking out from my office. On my way home, I stop in cake shop, I buy strawberries cake to Annie, since her pregnant she always love eating it, also buy chocolate muffin for Mia. My driver open the door for me, I slide in and straight to home.

Open Mia room, she hug me and I give her the muffin, she thank me, I shook my head and smile looking her attitude. Close her room, I take a step to our room, I heard the water is running, I thought she must be in the bathroom. Take a seat in the chair, I put the strawberries cake on the table, loosing my tie, rolled my sleeves, suddenly bathroom door open, I see Annie staring at me, her hand grip the towel that cover her body. I see her face blushed, turn into red.

I walking toward, reach her waist, put my hand there, and kissing her lips, "Baby, you're sexy" I murmured. I know how my action affected her, I pulled her waist, make her going back to bathroom, she look confused with my sudden action, but keep quiet following me, Inside bathroom I turn her back, removing her towel, she start opening my shirt, slowly. I take her in the bathroom, I just want to have her inside me, pounding her against the wall over and over again until I found my release.

After done with our shower session, Annie lay in the bed, she watching the television while eating her favorite strawberries cake that I bought before.Sitting next to her, I focusing working in laptop at my lap, checking and answering email. I put my laptop back to the table, turn around I see Annie is already sleep. Laying down beside her, watching her breath up and down. I feel my eyes heavy then start drifting.
