A month passed by after Hinata left Konoha. For sure Hinata isn't okay with what happened and she still in a complicated state with herself.
"Hey Hinata, you... could you stop doing that?" said Suigetsu.
"What Suigetsu? I just want to be alone," said Hinata without looking at Suigetsu.
"Alone? For what?! Thinking about that village who abandoned you? Wake up Hinata. How long are you going to be like this?" said Suigetsu.
Hinata sighed and shifted her body to confront Suigetsu. She didn't say anything and looked at him.
"Just look at you. Don't you realize that you are being a fool right now? For what you're thinking about that. Stop wasting your time," said Suigetsu.
"Suigetsu, you don't understand," said Hinata.
"What? Do you think you are the only one with a family? Be grateful enough that they are still alive at least. Mine was long gone," said Suigetsu as he sat beside Hinata.
Hinata was speechless. She didn't know how to respond to that.
"I had a brother. We both wanted to be members of the Seven Ninja Swordsmen of the Mist. Sounds great right?" said Suigetsu.
"Yeah, but then what happens?" asked Hinata.
"He died after he became one..." Suigetsu paused a bit and said "Well, after that I lost the motivation to become a member of the Seven Ninja Swordsmen. But still, I really like swords so I collecting them left and right."
Hinata noticed he didn't want to drag that story so she didn't ask further. Suddenly Karin joins in the conversation.
"Me too. I lost my family too. Suigetsu is right Hinata. Each one of us has their own problems and we choose not to think about it because it won't change anything at all. The important thing right now the present," said Karin.
"I'm sorry. It just really bothers me that I can't return to Konoha and see my family. All of this happening is too sudden for me," said Hinata.
"I understand that but still you need to focus on what is ahead of you. One more thing, I don't know if you notice this but Sasuke acts differently too ever since you depressed like this," said Karin.
"What do you mean?" asked Hinata.
"Usually we don't stay this long at one place especially with the Akatsuki hunting us down. I once asked him when should we leave this place and you know what he said? He told me he didn't have the 'mood' to move," explained Karin.
Then Juugo when inside the house and called for Karin.
"Hey, Karin. Can you take a look at Sasuke? He's really weird you know. He never acts like this before. I don't know what to do with him. I think he's going crazy," said Juugo.
"Seriously? Where is he?" asked Karin.
"At the riverbank," said Juugo.
"Huh! Riverbank? What is he doing there? Picnic?" said Suigetsu sarcastically.
All of them when to the riverbank and they saw Sasuke was sitting there alone, messing with his hair. As Karin approach him closer, she asked Sasuke.
"What's wrong, Sasuke? You look weird."
"I don't know Karin. I can't explain what I'm feeling right now with the sudden mood swing," said Sasuke as he's trying to stay calm. "I felt like a girl with a period right now."
"What the- How do you even know how a girl with a period felt like?" said Suigetsu while holding his laugh.
"JUST SHUT UP SUIGETSU!!" shouted Sasuke.
"See. I told you Hinata. Sasuke would never act like this. I don't know... but somehow I think not only your lives are shared but also your emotions. When you felt depressed, Sasuke might feel it too, you know," explained Karin.
Suddenly Hinata burst out a big laugh and she can't control it.
"HAHAHAHA!! Sasuke, you fool. Why did you say it like that?" said Hinata as she continued to laugh. "Are you trying to kill me with a joke now? HAHAHAHA!!"
Suigetsu then joined her and they laugh together. Juugo and Karin looked at each other and started laughing too. Then, out of the norm, Sasuke covered his face and break into a smile and laugh silently.
"Ahh...I'm seriously going to be crazy from now on," utter Sasuke in low voice.
