Four POV
I wake up and realize today Tris is leaving. I didn't get to say goodbye. I'm still in love with her. I texted Zeke asking what to do.
Man, I still love Tris. Tell me what to do. -Four
When no one answered, I relooked at the message, only to find I sent it to Tris. Oh crap. I finally decided to call Caleb and ask him to steal Tris's phone. I can't let her find out. But what if she already knows.
Tris POV
When I woke up, I was exhausted. I had to leave at 11 so I had some time. I just thought about my last few hours here. I'll miss this place, but when I come back, I hope to be all better and treated. I'd rather be dead then come back still with cancer. It's caused me so many problems. I didn't understand how Four liked me when we were together. I didn't like me. I have so many defects. My life's a mess.
I get out of bed and take a nice, hot shower, then put on an outfit consisting of a navy blue quarter sleeve crop top, a black miniskirt with white dots, black boot like heels, sunglasses, a gold feather necklace, and gold earrings. (At the beginning.) I honestly thought I looked cute today, especially since I curled my hair. I put on some dark makeup and headed downstairs. I saw Caleb on his phone in the living room and my mom plus dad in the kitchen. My mom was making breakfast and my dad was reading the paper. I'm really sad about leaving, I honestly don't want too. I know I said I did, but I changed my mind.

It was around lunch time and I didn't get any text messages from my friends telling me bye. That made me sad. What if they don't miss me and just forgave me out of pity. I know that's most likely not the case, but you never know.
Just then I get a group text from the gang.

After seeing that last one I was shocked. Did he really just say that.

My friends are literally the best. I love them so much. I put on some lipstick, a darker blue with a thin layer of blush on my cheeks.
"Hey Caleb. Wanna come to Dauntless Diner later."
"Yeah. What time."
"10."
"Okay I'll get ready."

When I first see Four at the diner, I go up to him and hug him. I could finally reach his lips with these heels, so I take that for advantage and kiss him. He responds quickly and starts kissing back. When we break apart, we see everybody in the whole restaurant cheering and clapping. I guess it's not everyday they see a girl with cancer kissing a boy in their restaurant. I laugh and sit down next to Four and Christina.
I may not be happy about leaving, but at least I got my friends back, and I can hopefully get better fast and soon, so I can come back to Four.
