Chapter 43

'Forgiven'

Y/n's pov

"Is this normal?" I asked while sitting in my car, waiting.

"Oh shut up." Jennie spat and I rolled my eyes.

"I could be having a nice dinner. With my girlfriend." I fought and Jennie ignored me.

We were in front of Lisa's apartment and Jennie just had to drag me here to stalk her own girlfriend. I never imagined what my friday night would be but here I am.

"It's been 30 minutes Jennie. Are you going inside or do I have to throw you inside her room?" I said, I could tell by the sound of my voice, and/or my feelings, I am tired of this shit-

"Can't you give me a minute?!" She shouted and I huffed.

"Are you kicking me out of my own car-"

"Get out!"

I opened the door and slammed my door close. I swear that girl is always up on my nerves.

Jennie basically pulled me away from Chaeyoung just to sit on my car for an hour? She always wanted to make amends with Lisa but sitting on a car won't do any good does it?

I walked up to the stairs in front of the large building, sitting on it. Jennie had her head down on the steering wheel making me roll my eyes.

How can she have the nerve to kick me out of my own car.

I got startled by my phone suddenly ringing, I picked it up and smiled when I saw the caller I.d.

"Hey what's up?"

"What do you mean what's up? How's Jennie and Lisa?" Chaeyoung asked, sweetly as ever.

"Jennie is in my car, kicked me out. She's freaking out and screaming at me." I sighed and heard her laugh at my demise.

"Should I go there? It seems like from here you can't take care of Jen."

I frowned. "You told me you were tired. Get some rest, don't wait for me."

"As if I'll do that. When you get home, I'll be here in bed, half awake. Sounds good?" She asked and I couldn't help but laugh at her.

"No it does not sound good. It sounds like I'm coming home to you like I've made you do that. Go to sleep, we'll be back in a few hours." I hoped for the best, she can't possibly be serious about staying up all night just because of my bestfriend who won't man up.

"I just don't want to go to sleep without you here." She whined and it made me smile wholeheartedly.

How can she be so cute and violent when we're alone. I swear I'm in a relationship with a kid.

"I know, me too. Promise me you'll try to sleep?" I asked and she laughed agreeing.

Just by hearing her laugh can bring my mood to alight. How can one person, one person have so much power over me?

"I'll try. Oh? My mom is calling me, I'll see you later or tomorrow." Chaeyoung said excitedly about it.

I smiled. "Have fun. I love you."
