Chapter Fourteen: Rose

Beep. Beep

What’s that beeping noise. I try to open my eyes but they won’t open then I hear "Come on princess. You can’t leave me now. I'm falling for you and every day I keep falling harder and harder. I'm in love with your princess. I'm begging you please don't leave me." I felt something wet hit my hand. Oh no, he's crying. I try my hardest to open my eyes but I couldn't. I could feel the darkness pulling me back under. Then everything went black.

I don't know how long I was out but when I came to I could finally open my eyes, but I immediately regretted it. It's so bright. I quickly closed my eyes. "Can someone turn off the lights?"

"Rose!!!" a bunch of boys screams. Out of nowhere, I get tackled. "Ow, ow ow" They immediately jumped off and looked guilty. "Sorry," they say n' sync. I look around to see Jack, Jacob, and the twins Nate and Nick. Where's Ryder? Speaking of the devil. In walks Ryder. He looks exhausted. "Hey guys." he was looking at the ground. "How's she doing?" I could see a tear run down his cheek. I quickly get up and ran over to him, whipping the tears away. "I'm fine. No need to cry over me." He looks up so quickly I’m surprised he didn't snap his neck. I could see the smile spreading across his face. That got me to smile. He pulls me into a tight hug and started to spin me around. I tried my hardest to ignore the pain shooting up my side. I whimper out in pain. He quickly let’s go and checks if I’m okay. He goes all around me to check. When he was down, he picks me up and puts me back into the hospital bed.

"Stay," he says. "Ruph, Ruph." I bark at him while sticking my tongue out and panting like a dog. He just started to chuckle. "Good girl," he says patting my head. I started to glare at him. Which got him to chuckle again. "You're so adorable when you trying to look mad," he says in a baby voice while pinching my cheeks. I slap them away and start to pout. "Awe, there's no need to pout." he chuckles. I cross my arms and turned over in the bed so I wasn't facing him.

"Awe, come on princess." he wines. "I'll get you chocolate if you stop pouting." I slowly start to turn around. "How much chocolate?" I ask raising my eyebrow. "As much as you like." I immediately jump up ignoring the paint that's shooting up my sides. I could feel the big smile on my face while shaking my head yes violently. He chuckles "You're such a child. I swear."

"Swearing's not nice." He chuckles at this. "You're so adorable."

"I'm not adorable!" I pout. He chuckles. "Sure you're not," he says sarcastically. I chuckle. I started to look around and noticed that the boys where gone. Where did the boys go? I must have had a confused look because. "The boys left a couple of minutes ago to get food." Right when he says that my stomach growls. He chuckles "Someone's hungry." I could feel the heat rise to my cheeks. "Okay then let’s go eat." He says with a huge smile on his face. He helps me get up, then we slowly made our way over to the door. Ryder making sure I didn't get hurt.

Ryder opens the door for me. I smile at him. "Why thank you kind sir."  he started chuckling. I turn my head to see someone I thought I would never see again.

"Mom!."
