I could hear foot steps from a distance as if someone was running towards the room I was in.
"Get him!" I hear a guy yell. Wait, did Ryder get out. I couldn't help but smile. Maybe there is hope we'll get out of here. I hear someone start messing with the door. My smile grows bigger and bigger by the second.
Beep. Beep.
The door opens to revel Ryder. I run to him jumping into his arms. I repeadly kiss him all over his face. His eyes light up reveling a smile.
"Someone missed me." He says chuckling. I nod my head. He grabs my arm pulling me out the door.
"There they are!" Someone yells. Ryder grabs my arm, running down the hallway. We kept turning corners until we finally lost them.
We lean against the wall breathing hevaly. Ryder looks around the corner to see if anyone was there. He grabs my arm pulling me up. "Come on we can't stay here they'll becoming soon." He says. We start walking down the hallway, trying to control our breathing.
We make it to a door at the end of the hallway. I could feel the excitement building up inside of me. I look over at Ryder to see him smiling. We slowly open the door ,to feel the cold breeze hit our faces. That brought a smile to our faces.
"We are finally free." I say crying. Ryder smile down at me. He grabs my arm pulling me further and further away from that place. I look around to see that we are surrounded by woods. We start walking down a dirt road when we hear a car zooming down it. Ryder grabs my arm dragging me into the woods. We run until we can't. I slide down a tree and sit down. My chest felt like it was on fire. My legs we're numb. I couldn't even feel my arms.
"Oh... God. After.... This... I want... Ever.... Have.... To ....workout.... Again." I say between breaths. Ryder chuckles shaking his head.
"Come on we have to go. They probably have people looking everywhere for us." Ryder says pulling me up. My legs start wobbling causing me to fall to the ground.
I pock my legs. "Come on work!" I whisper angrily at my legs. Ryder chuckles pulling me up again but this time not letting go until I can finally walk on my own.
We slowly start walking down a hill, trying to make little noise as possible.
*ruff *ruff
We turn our heads to see people with dogs making there way over to us. They look up to see us. They pull out guns and start running towards us.
"Shit!" Ryder yells. He grabs my arm pulling me away, dragging me deeper and deeper into the woods. Bullets start flying everywhere around us. Pain shoots up my side. I fall to my knees. I look down to see blood. I look back up to see Ryder fighting off guys. I claps to the floor, drowning in my own blood. I feel myself being lefted up.
"No! Rose!" Ryder yells. He was struggling to get free. I smile at him one last time before the darkness pulls me under.
