"Goodnight princess." I whisper, kissing the top of her head. I watch her as she falls asleep. She looks so peaceful. I keep my arm around her waist, scared if I let go she'll be gone. I can't lose her again. I could feel my heart speed up with every thought of losing her. I turn use over so her back was to my chest, nuzzling my head in the crook of her neck. Closing my eyes letting the darkness consume me.
Beep. Beep.
I jerk up, looking around to find Rose gone. I jump up turning over beds, looking all around the rom but she was no where to be seen. Where are you Rose? Please tell me there not hurting you. My blood starts boiling at the thought of them hurting my princess.

I quickly jerk my head around. What's that noise? I look up to see some kind of smoke coming from a vent above. My throat felt like it was closing up. I collapse to my knees. I could feel myself falling, then everything goes black.
