The Lovely Complex

"Yah! Bae Joohyun-ssi!"

Seungwan felt like her throat almost tore from shouting. She can now feel it, her adrenaline. It is so early in the morning and there she is, the infamous Bae Joohyun, is violating the school code.

Joohyun turned around and formed a smirk as if she's enjoying how angry Seungwan was. Seungwan became more pissed when Joohyun stuck her tongue out and patted her own butt as if she was mocking her. Then she runs before she can catch her. The annoyed student council president was about to run again but the school bell rang. She got away again!

Seungwan immediately ran to her classroom before her teacher could catch up on her being late for class. She is fixing her hair as she sits down on her chair. That running of her like an athlete made her hair suffer from different calamities. Seulgi nudged her arm as she got her book for the first subject under her table.

"Hey, what's wrong?"

Seulgi looked so worried at her as she let out a deep sigh.

"Aish!"

Seulgi smirked at her, shaking her head. "Let me guess, is it Bae Joohyun again?"

"Yes. And guess what? Her hair is purple. Didn't she know that she can't have her hair colored?"

"Pfft."

Seungwan glares at Seulgi as she giggles. "What?"

"Miss President, are you aware that almost all the girls here in our school have colored hair?"

She furrowed her brows as she looked around and saw her classmates' hair color.

"Even me. Look, I have brown hair."

She nodded. "Well, it is okay I guess, but she has purple! Why would she have purple when she can have brown one? Her hair stands out so much!" She is almost out of breath. She can feel her nape is in pain.

During class, Seungwan can't concentrate in the lessons because she keeps on thinking how to get rid of Joohyun's purple hair. She's always like this. Making things more complicated. Can she at least once, not to do trouble in school?

Seungwan recalls her memories of Joohyun. She's not like this before. She is just a normal student like others but since she became the president of the student council, Bae Joohyun became a trouble maker.

She's always late, putting pranks on other students, vandalizing the school walls and lockers. She even hid her PE uniform and shoes one time. Now, she even has purple hair. It's her duty to report these kinds of students so she always brought Joohyun or met her at the guidance council and she just can get away with it. Just because she is Bae Joohyun.

How can I stop her from making a mess?

After class, Seungwan goes to the student council office but before any student can enter that office you will need to pass the student guidance office. Accidentally, Seungwan heard the guidance counselor's voice.

She didn't mean to eavesdrop but...

"Joohyun, why are you doing this? Why do you make things so complicated? This will be the last time you will get away. I can't help you anymore."

"But Mom!" She hears Joohyun whining so peeked a bit. Joohyun is pouting while swaying in front of her mother's table.

"Joohyun, in school I'm the guidance counselor. I'm also your teacher, not your mother. Last year, you were fine. Why are you suddenly acting like this?"

"Well-"

"President!"

Seungwan didn't hear what happened next when Sooyoung jumped on her back. She didn't know if they saw them.
