"sora-san is udai-san's little brother?!" hinata screamed and got hit by kageyama since he was too loud.

"sora-san's name is udai sorashi, so why are you so surprised?" kageyama sighed to his teammate.

"wow, this is the first time i see you using your brain,"

"huh?!"

"tsukki!"

"urusai, yamaguchi,"

"gomen, tsukki."

sora only laughed at his underclassmen. "sorry sorry, they are sometimes a little bit too much to handle," sora said to tenma who is obviously bewildred.

sora, upon noticed his brother's bewildred expression, rolled his eyes. this man, udai tenma, really has the audacity to be shocked at the first years' antics while he was like this too back then (maybe, wilder.)

while the first years are arguing about kageyama and hinata's brain usage, sora sighed softly, making his brother side glancing him.

"it feels so-- pleasant,"

tenma smiled, "right?"

;

when sora was asked who is his main inspiration, he always answered with one of his friends' name. either oikawa, iwaizumi, akashi, daichi, ushijima, or whoever crosses his mind at the time.

to be honest, his main drive is just to seek pleasure. the high that only volleyball idiots like him could taste. so, the actual answer is-- it's himself.

this self-centered belief was born out of frustration on the aftermath of his huge fight with haizaki shogo. the fight is so scary even akashi didn't dare to intervene. because of this, sora trust that he could spat on haizaki's shoes later on his life.

that sounds really rude but that is what that is.

and now, the nationals. it seems like a mere small step in sora's volleyball career but, now, it feels like he is making a huge step into his next stage of life.

i mean, he still can't choose where to go after school. so this will be the place to think where to go after all this madness. not going to lie, sora is kind of the type of person who can't decide by himself.

i mean, he went to brazil because akashi said he should (more like forcing him) to go there.

"sora-san, yo-your face--" yachi shivered looking at the feral expression on sora's face.

"eh?!" sora blinked. he then quickly regained his composure and cleared his throat.

he turned his head and smiled, so brightly, to yachi. "how about now, hitoka-chan?"

yachi.exe has stopped.

so this is the legendary bright smile by the one and only sora-san that shimizu-senpai was talking about. yachi gripped his bag, eyes closed. "ah, life is good." she mumbled.

"hah?"

"eh?! it's-it's nothing!"

;

the stress has already built up into a mountain. sora can't even feel the thunderous of cheering from the bleachers anymore. he can't hear saeko-nee-san's taiko's ryhtm anymore. all he can identify at this point is his teammates' shouts and movements.
