25: last man standing

"sora-san?" yachi's quiet voice called the third year. she walked in to the gym and only to hear a loud voice.

"shoyo! don't receive it with your face!"

yachi jumped because of the loud yell that was boomed through the gym. she shivered because she never really heard sora's loud voice much. the guy is very quiet off the court and never really hangs out with the others too.

"so-sora-san, it-it's too difficult!"

"o que você quer dizer¹?" sorashi scoffed looking down at the tangerine haired first year. "you ain't gettin' anywhere until you can receive my serve!"

hinata cried in dispair when he heard that. "sora-san please spare me and please use japanese!" hinata cried again.

"no." sorashi quickly shut hinata down. "you are the one who asked me, and there's no backing out."

"no wonder kageyama said that your serve are monstrous," hinata whined. "but okay, i'll try again."

"good."

yachi shivered again. so this is the true sorashi that kageyama talked about a few weeks ago when the first years are gossiping.

"sora-san!" yachi yelled again, but louder.

"ah, hitoka-chan." sora turned his head to the first year.

yachi can see hinata let out a relieved huff out of his mouth.

"e-eto, the graduation ceremony will start in twenty minutes and ukai-san is there,"

"ukai-san?"

"ukai-san,"

"oh, ukai-san.."

"yes,"

"yabai, i need to go now," sorashi said in hurry. he quickly grabbed his gakuran² and wore it in flash.

"shoyo, don't think you are out from trouble, and hitoka-chan, thank you for informing me." that's all what sorashi said before he fled away to the main hall.

"sora-san has spent too much time with kageyama that he became more scarier than ever," hinata said while rubbing his arms. "not like he is not scary from the first time we met."

yachi gulped down her saliva hard. she can imagine how terrifying sora-san is when he first met hinata.

the short volleyball player scoffed before he opened a conversation again. "say yachi-san, what do you think of sora-san?"

yachi's face went red. wait, this question is really straight from a shoujo manga. "e-eh, he is handsome-- eh! no, not that!" she stuttered.

hinata laughed at his fellow first year's response.

"do you know what kageyama said?" hinata asked yachi. the manager only shook her head as a 'no'.

"he didn't say anything when i thought he will opened his journal to state fun facts about sora-san," hinata said with a smile. "he only shook his head and smiled, even his smile is not creepy!"
