So this is also written by SashaL, and was from a prompt where he had to write about Elsa "letting go" and he came up with this. Its great. Anywho, its clearly AU, so it doesn't take part in the set timeline of Accidental Avatar

She screamed into the night air, the silence stealing her voice as soon as it left her lips. “WHAT DO YOU WANT FROM ME!?” She yelled at the swirling snow around her. “What more could I have done?!”
She blasted an ice bolt at a rock and slumped to the ground, exhausted by her anger.
“Why can’t I control it?” she whispered to her hands.
“Because pain demands to be felt,” a voice said gently behind her. “Wandless magic is never of the happy kind, is it?”

She turned to look at the figure in the snow. His beard was long and wrapped around his head like a scarf. His grey robes swirled around his ankles as he strode purposefully towards her. A red bird perched on his shoulder and started looking at her as if searching her soul.
“Fawkes thinks that you are in need of healing, but not the kind he can give.” The old man tickled the bird under the beak before sitting beside the little girl.
“Can you help me?” Ellsa asked.
“I can,” Dumbledore replied. “I work for a school that specialises in teaching children like you. Hogwarts is a school where witches and wizards can learn to use their powers safely.”
“I’m not a witch!” the little girl exclaimed,
“No? then why do you have the power of one?”
“Oh, give it a rest, Albus!” Another grey bearded man said, nudging his companion with a staff. “She doesn’t want to learn how to control her powers, so you can’t force her.”
“You’re probably right, Gandalf…” Dumbledore said, standing stiffly.
“No, I want to learn!” Elsa exclaimed into the snow
“Then learn to let it go!” the wind yelled back as the two robed figures disappeared into the snowstorm.

“Let it go?” she whispered to herself. “What does that mean?”
“If you can’t handle the jandle, then you need to calm your farm.” Oh, great… another hallucination…
“So, who are you?”
“Hakuna matata!” a shadow said
“What?” she asked back
“It means no worries,” The shadow stepped closer and a flame lit in his hand
“Who are you?”
“Well… My friends call me Mogui, One girl called me Lexie, or Alexander… But I have amnesia and have no clue what I’m supposed to be doing…”
“And what are you here to tell me oh wise one?” she asked sarcastically.
“Mostly to calm down… Powers aren’t the end of the world… I should know… I wake up one day and suddenly I can launch rainbow firebolts out of my hands…”
“So, your powers are like mine, only fire instead of snow…”
“Yeah… And lightning…”
“Lightning?”
“Yeah… I can kinda shoot lightning with my fire… Nothing special… you should meet Katara and Amaya… They have similar powers to you...”
“So why are you here?”
“I saw a girl running away from the city on her own, so I had to run after her and make sure she’s alright. And then she started talking to the snow…”
“So, you aren’t a hallucination?”
“No… Why would you think that?”
“Well…” She seemed like she wanted to tell someone, but wasn’t sure how to say it.
“Don’t worry about me thinking you’re crazy… I have a whole other life that I don’t know about, and sometimes I remember bits and pieces and everyone thinks I’m crazy.”
“I haven’t really seen anyone for the past ten years… The only people I saw were my parents and sometimes my sister… So I would create imaginary friends… and sometimes they would seem so real…”
“Haha, I do that all the time! Isn’t that  right, Momo?” He looked at an empty spot on his shoulder before laughing.

“Stop making fun of me!” Elsa yelled, striking out at the boy with her ice.
He threw up a fire barrier and melted the ice before closing the distance and wrapping his arms around her. The act caught the new queen by surprise. She just attacked him, and he was hugging her… Why would he do that?
“You are more than just this power. More than a little girl… You are a woman with a bright future ahead of you. You can be whatever you want to be”
“You don’t really know me…”
“No… But I could get to know you better if you let me. And I tend to have pretty good guesses at how people turn out. You are brave, selfless, kind, compassionate… You love your sister more than you let her know and these are why you ran away. You are afraid you’ll hurt the people you serve… You are queen cold, I am master warm. Together, we are normal. Together, we are complete…”
“Really?”
“Yeah… Oh, also… That prince Hans wants to kill you and steal your kingdom by marrying your sister…”
“I knew there was something wrong with him!”
“Shall we stop him from achieving that? Come back to town with me and together, we can make everything right.”

“Are you sure?” Elsa asked.
“Do you trust me?” I asked back, holding out my hand.
She hesitated for a moment before taking my hand.
“For a moment I was frozen by fear that you wouldn’t come back,” I said.
“Frozen by fear… My fear is what makes me freeze things…” she whispered in realisation.
“Then let love thaw your heart,” I whispered back.
She looked at me a moment longer before smiling and taking my hand.
