Chapter 2 - Wish

After an hour of school researching and studying, you and Steven decided to play some video games on your custom made Nintendo Switch. Since your mother is Queen Diantha, you got to pick the colors of the switch and your mother took the sheet of paper to the factory so they could make one just like what you designed.

You and your brother decided to play Mario Kart on your 150-inch television, after all, it was your favorite game. Your brother ended up beating you by two rounds after you've played ten rounds. Your brother likes to play video games and he also has a Nintendo Switch in his room. He also got to pick the colors like you.

There was a knock on your door after you finished the eleventh round. "Come in," you said. "Excuse me, your highness, dinner is ready," one of the butlers in the palace said. "Yes, we'll be there, thanks!" Steven said. The butler closed the door and you turned off the TV and you and your brother went down to the substantial dining room located far away from the palace you live in. "I wonder what we will have for dinner today," your brother said. "Probably good stuff," you replied.

After a five minute walk, you finally reached the dining room. "Heyyyyyy," your mother, Queen Diantha said sweetly at you and your brother. "Hello," you said, blushing when you thought about the informal language.

"So sweetheart, tell me what's going on," your mother said with a huge smile on her face. "Alright then," you said. You explained to your mother about the informal language that all of you were using. "I mean...there's nothing wrong with it but it's still a little weird to speak so informally especially when we belong in a royal family."

"Well, it's fine with me and don't forget, I'm the Queen so if it's fine with me, that's okay," your mother said. You smiled at your mothers words and continued. "Also, there's one thing. Is it weird that I dress so casually?" you continued. "Of course not! It's what you like and we're in our property, Kalos citizens won't be able to see it so you can dress what you want," your brother said. You smiled again as dinner arrived.

You and your family had ramen for dinner. "This taste so good," you said while a small blush appeared on your face. "I know right," your brother said. Your mother smiled at the both of you. "What are you guys going to do after dinner?" she asked. "No idea," you said. "Well, let's go shopping, shall we?" Queen Diantha said. "Uhh, sure!" you replied. "I'll stay at home, I'm not into shopping," your brother responded. "Alright then," Queen Diantha said.

The ice cream was served after a minute of you talking about what you want to buy later. You took a strawberry flavored ice cream. You licked the ice cream and instantly smiled and then squealed "I bet the ice cream here is better than the ones outside."

You finished the ice cream in silence and you and your family left the dining room. You and Queen Diantha decided to meet at the front door of the Royal Palace of Kalos before going on a limousine to a shopping mall for fashion. You went back to your room and looked at the clothes in your wardrobe. "Hmmm...what should I wear?" you thought while putting your hand below your chin.

You saw a new dress your mother recently bought for you so you decided to wear it. The dress looked pretty overall. Your dress is light blue and it has a dark blue ribbon on each side of the shoulder part and a beautiful pattern around your waist. You put on the dress and went to the full sized mirror in your bathroom. "Looks great!" you smiled and left the bathroom.

You put on a blue floppy hat with a ribbon tied around the hat and put your blue shoes on and grabbed everything you need then left your bedroom. You walked downstairs and out a corridor and arrived at the front door. Your mother was already waiting there and she smiled when she saw you.

"Ohh Y/N, you look so pretty!!!" your mother commends. "Thank you mother," you replied while blushing. Queen Diantha grabbed your hand gently and took you and went on the limousine outside the palace. "Your Majesty, welcome," the butler said. You and your mother got into the limousine and Queen Diantha said "Please drive us to the shopping mall nearby."

You looked at the window on the short ride to the shopping mall. After you arrived, you and Queen Diantha got off the limousine. The both of you didn't need bodyguards because that might attract more attention and you guys were in disguise.

"Well dear, what do you want to buy?" your mother asks you sweetly, her eyes locked at your outfit clearly admiring your dress and your beauty. "I don't know, let's go in and check the stuff out first," you say while scratching your head.

You and Queen Diantha went to check out the biggest shop in the entire mall. The shop sold technologies, clothes, food and a few more categories of items. "Wow this is great!" you whispered to your mother. "I know right?" your mother whispered back.

After an hour of shopping for stuff, you didn't buy anything and Queen Diantha bought a few dresses. She took you back to the limousine and the driver started to drive back to the palace. You opened the door to see Steven running out and he hugged you. "So Y/N, did you buy anything?"

You shook your head and your brother frowned but smiled after that. "It's Christmas in two days you know?" your brother said. "Yeah of course!" you said. Queen Diantha came entered the palace and said "Well, Y/N, Steven, we'll go pick out your Christmas presents tomorrow!"

The both of you cheered and your mother dismissed you both and you followed your brother to his room. "So Y/N, what do you want for Christmas? I mean...we have everything we want and plenty of money but still, do you have anything you want?"your brother asked. "To be honest, I have no idea but I will need to purchase several items if I'm going to go to a real school," you said.

You and your brother had a long conversation and at 10 o'clock, you felt tired and went back to your own room. You got changed and did your usual night routine and fell asleep.
